I followed the recipe and the timing for baking for me was off about 15 minutes. Although cooked/baked, the texture was not at all like bread and it was very soft, more like solidified pudding? Can't really explain it. The taste was eggy...well, yeah, 4 eggs and salty. I didn't like the flavor. If one is following a keto diet, perhaps this recipe might appeal them. For me, it's something that I will not try again.

4 eggs, 2 cups cottage cheese, 1 cup almond flour, 2 tsp baking powder, and 1/4 tsp salt. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. This is the recipe from Keto Recipes with Rally. kzbin.info/www/bejne/jYXOgKegqJKlatk

Oven at 350 degrees F for a half an hour. GV brand canned apple pie filling cut into smaller pieces. Pillsbury ready pie crust and crumpet rings and al. foil. 1 can (21 oz) of apple pie filling would probably do 5 to 6 mini pies.

Pizza chaffles? Add maybe 2 tsp pizza sauce and chop up finely pepperoni and add those igredients when you add the egg.

Recipe is from Keto Twins on YT: 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, 2 tablespoons Lupin flour, 1 teaspoon xanthan gum, mix well, then add 4 tablespoons egg whites. (It will not look like batter). Spread onto lightly sprayed oil waffle maker "plates" and cook for 4 minutes. They should be very golden brown, not burned and they should be crispy.

Healthy and cheap. GV Brand salmon pouch $1.42. Add your healthy sides. I also had a banana with this meal. Note: this is not a Keto friendly meal nor am I on a Keto diet! I used about 6 Club crackers, 2 tbls egg beater, 1 2.5 oz pouch salmon, a little bit lemon pepper and fried in a couple tabls butter until golden brown on both sides. Tuna or chicken in pouches can be used instead of salmon.

The crust doesn't taste like cauliflower. The crust is between crunchy and chewy. The sauce is tasty and the cheeses taste good.
