1 make sure everything is air thight and there is no air coming through 2 use a bowl with a middle part bowl like the hookah john 80 feet bowl doesnt have to be a hookah john 80 feet bowl but just one that looks the same and make sure the hole is big not small because if its small then there will be less smoke because less smoke can pass throught 3 use a heat management device on top of your bowl 4 maybe take harder en longer pulls Thats for all i know if you have more questions ask me sorry for bad english btw im not english

Ceramic items are made from clay. Clay would not be a stable material to use for this. Maybe a different type of clay was used? I'm curious what to look for. Oh, I have a degree in Ceramics. Now I need to go listen to Lords of the Underground.
