Joan Rivers was taken out after that comment during a very basic medical test. She’s not the only person who said that about Michelle Obama & whether it’s genuine or not, there is a birth certificate getting around online claiming to be Michelle Obama’s & identifying her as male. It’s his or her business of course but if you look at where she come from those procedures are quite common. As soon as Joan Rivers passed away many people immediately thought it was because of what she said about Michelle Obama. That’s not a coincidence.

Idk where this guy got the video but it might be a upscale. From what I've learned there was a 720p DVD source copy a SpongeBob leaking group found and the person who found it upscaled it to 1080p so they could still hoard the raw video. So technically you're right unless the uploader got the raw video.
