In the 90s - early 2001, Cartoon Network Asia used their "CARTOON NETWORK" logo on the right down corner before became 24 hour channel and the logo moved on up right corner. That time, there wasn't 24 hours of Cartoon Network channel yet and it was TNT & Cartoon Network which they broadcasted the cartoons from morning until night around 10pm (I guess?) and replaced cartoons to actual movies called TNT. In Malaysia, Cartoon Network Malaysia launched on our first cable tv called "MEGA TV" since 1995 and that was way before ASTRO (Malaysian satellite cable TV operator and its similar to UBC and True visions in Thailand) came out since 1996. ASTRO introduced 2 kids channels were Disney Channel Malaysia (24 hours) and Cartoon Network Malaysia (TNT & Cartoon Network) during the launched of ASTRO in 1996. For over 2 years later, ASTRO introduced Nickelodeon since May 1999. At that time, there wasn't Malay dub yet and they only have English original dub. Disney Channel Asia wasn't exist yet in the 90s before the whole across Southeast Asia launched the channel in 2000. The only 2 Asian countries have their own Disney channel in the 90s were Taiwan in 1995 and Malaysia in 1996 on ASTRO which its 24 hour Disney channel. In Thailand and Vietnam, Disney channel launched since 2005. For Nickelodeon Asia (our 3rd 24 hour kids channel), only 3 Asian countries in the 90s had Nickelodeon were Philippines in 1998, Indonesia in February 1999 and Malaysia in 1999 on ASTRO way before the channel launched in Singapore in 2001, and Thailand on True visions in 2009. However, Nickelodeon Asia isn't expend in Vietnam because maybe Vietnam don't have enough money to buy the channel? For Malay dub as our national language, it all started since TV9 (our local free to air channel) broadcasted most of Nickelodeon shows dubbed in Malay every day from 2:30pm - 5:30pm called "Nick di 9" block since April 2006 (especially Spongebob Squarepants). Then all 4 American kids channels (Disney channel Asia, Playhouse Disney Asia, Nickelodeon Asia and Cartoon Network Asia) introduced Malay dub on ASTRO back in between late 2006 - 2008. On August 31st 2006 during our national independence day (called Merdeka day) in Malaysia, ASTRO introduced 2 channels were "Astro Ceria" (which is our local Malaysian kids channel and similar to True spark in Thailand) and "ANIMAX" (one Japanese anime channel from Sony).

When I was a child, UBC (TrueVisions) had 2 Cartoon Channels which are UBC Kids (True Spark Play) and Cartoon Network at that time! In Feb 2005 had added Animax Asia and removed in June 2009 however returned in October 2010 and removed in Apr 2012! In June 2009, Nickelodeon Asia launched to replace The Sountrack Channel (STC)! In July 2007 Disney Channel Asia launched as a la carted package with Playhouse Disney Asia! Nick Jr Asia launched in Oct 2021!
