@@DLau95 93, we don't rly get 91 in Massachusetts. But I put like 2-3 gallons. Mainly for better octane, cleaning and cooling. Unsure what the mix was tho, never checked.

@@misterbeee4022 I have bad knee joints, and flat feet. Exactly why I work in them. The bottom of the shoe takes up a large area, distributes the pressure. I wear them atleast 5 days a week. If not more.

Thank you, this is my 2nd one. As far as maint. Removing the engine makes some stuff easier but barely any jobs require that. As long as u buy one with good maintenance you're good. Plenty of these with 200k+ miles still running well. I'm likely gonna keep this one, so down the line maybe in 2 years I'll be putting a forged engine in this thing. Always wanted a super fast e70 x5m

Yes, we can run up to e30 I believe. I was probably running e20 in the video. Unsure how high we can go, maybe e40. But you have to have a proper tune. I'm unsure of the tune in my car so I won't be doing much more till I do a dyno or proper flash. Also I had every light on due to sensors. Hopefully the abs sensors getting changed will clear the faults

e30 without modification. If you want to run full you may need injectors that can flow more along with a hpfp and lpfp upgrade and a tune. I would advise against it though, cracked a cylinder on my 380h/420t srt4 running straight e85 for a full tank then 2 tanks of 91 to lubricate the fuel system after 2 years. E85 can be corrosive and also it dries up the oil, so you need to oil change at like 1500 miles and you'll still run into problems eventually. C63 guys doing it wild right now and running meth inj + e30 mix. I'd rather run meth + race fuel-91/93 mix to keep everything well lubricated. There's a sweet spot between to far overboard with mods that you have to rebuild all the time and a fun reliable car.

No. Ethanol. Very high octane

e85 equates to about 110 octane and will net you almost 20-30 and some cases even up to 50 higher torque and usually about half of that in HP gains just running the fuel. The catch is that the alcohol content can dry up rubbers like fuel lines causing them to degrade and crack over time, as well as eating away the plastics that surround wires that can cause a short in the fuel system, and also taking away the protection from oil that is there to lubricate. Think of oily hand vs rubbing alcohol. The up side is that it's a lot cheaper per gallon to run e85 vs 110 oct race gas, which can be well over $20/gal compared to e85 being as low as $2.36/gal. You can also run mixes of fuel to get some of the gains from running maybe 20%-30% of the higher octane rating e85 mixed with 70%-80% of a lower octane fuel to achieve a blend that maybe somewhere in the 98-100 octane value with the benefit of the fossil fuel lubrication and the e85 being able to run higher timing value without knock, which pulls timing.

Preciate it, I got some more intake, blowoff, and exhaust mods coming. This x5m is gonna be all about sound. Planning an exhaust no one ever did before lol. I'll be investing in some mics aswell

Unsure about reliable, but definitely fast, fun and has LOTS of space.

If you can afford the upkeep yes... valve seals are an issue on these engines ... have to always keep up on the cooling system and other maintenance.I don't think the S63 suffers from timing chain issues like prior BMW v8's... but they are not easy to work on - even if you are mechanically inclined. You are better off with a diesel E70 if that is your primary concern. If you want a true M variant/M car and can afford the upkeep - go for it.

@@joewolfe642 valve seals are on n63 not s63. Cooling issues, and ccv issues for s63. This engine was rebuilt less than 20k miles ago tho, luckily.

@@imSchwaggy Best of luck with it - its a special car for sure.I remember these in the showroom when they were new (when i bought my E90 new). The sales guy was trying to talk me into buying an X5 - i gotta say i'd still have it if i would have bought the E70 instead of the E90 (more room for the family). I also have to say the E70 is the better built car of that generation. Wish ic ould have afforded the X5 35d when it was new what a car. The X5M i seen in the show room had a sticker of something like 108k if i recall correctly - which was nuts - in some places that would buy a house back then.

I've worn them for about ~3 million steps so far. Still look new besides one lace ripped. Besides that they're great. I'm about to clean them for the 2nd time. Only Alexander mcqueens I hate are the trainers they're the most uncomfortable shoe next to versace chain reactions. 3rd worst is louboutin louis flat with spikes.

@@imSchwaggy very hard to believe. The rubber sole is 1mm thin. So thin that after very few wear it breaks showing the hardened foam material inside. I haven’t walked 1/10th of what you mention. They’re complete crap. Not to mention that they have always stained my socks and feet at every single wear. Nice design but horrendous quality, absolutely not worth considering the insane price point.
