Prime Daigo couldn't compete with Europian or American players in 3rd strike let alone competing with Japanese players, cause the game favoured agressivnes and more randomness with the addition of parry , this game is even more volatile than 3rd strike . He still has everything, mechanics , reflexes etc . That's why he's consistently been placing very high up the ladder . He has said he doesn't like these types of games . If capcom release a game similar to sf4 or sf2 he would definitely be a top tier player even now at 43 years old .
