@@seminayahampath7193 hello, try to remove bms and then reset push the switch to reset the bms. If still red check the output of the battery if 36volts or lower the voltage

36 volts without bms, if your get this number your battery cell good need to changed your bms.

How do i understand tha the controller is the issue? When i disconnect the batery the light goes blue and after i connect ( i hear a light splash) the light goes red again. Do you think that the controller is the issue or just the connectors?

Good day, mostly the issue for error 21 is the bms, check the terminal Rx, and tx terminal , also check the 120 ohms resistor from the bms if is open or bad resistance. Hope I will help you

Hello, I have the same problem when I turn on the scooter it switches on briefly and then switches off again. then no longer at all. When I connect the charging cable it turns on normally and stays on. Does anyone have any idea whether this is also due to the controller?

Hello first the controller if their is no burning wiring, repair first the wiring issue, then open your battery and check your bms, if the blue blinking battery good if red blinking need to replace the battery

Have you checked in the scooter hacking utility to see if you can disable input reads from charge port?. If so available, then yes.
