I can’t warm up on my 40 degree setup. I have to use my fingerboard with pulley and counterweight. After working up the shoulders with a theraband. I gradually reduce the counterweight until I’m hanging body weight. Then add weights but with very short hang time. Work up to max hang weight, but only 5 seconds hangs.

Thats another method. Sounds like a nice warmup to me 👌👌 It is a bit more controlled that my exercises but also less specific. Try maybe to start warming up with your method and try to implement some of my exercises
