@@thelodgeatreliance8682 press the 2 center of the 4 buttons on the bottom together and hold then press the = button immediately after on the right and the menu to turn off will appear . Use the up and down buttons to change the settings and the = button again to engage the new setting or to off position…. This has to be done each time it’s not permanent. Only carrier can remove the software. Good luck

Some of our trailers have a 'lock out' and run on constant! Apparently there's a way of changing this? But only the mechanic is privy to this info! Which buttons do I press to get into the menu?

when putting the unit on start/stop,let's say you are setting at 34,the unit in start stop will never stop cooling until it reache 34. so when you are at 38 it will cool down at it's maximum capacity until it reache 34....so the air that come from the unit will at ''38'' the actually temperature from the suply air will be 25....there's no fresh protect in start/stop

seems that you are familliar with t.k(cycles sentry?)....probably that your congfiguration is locked to be in start/stop. so you say you have a 2500 A so it means you have a advance microprossessor...under the display you have a little ''plug'' you will need the jumper plug to enter in the configuration mode or if you have the wiring diagram you can jump the wire..let me know i can help you

and the 2500 are known for blowing compressor.....better have a 2100...because the 2500 have more rpm on the engine and a 105 maximum operating pressure expansion valve ...lots pressure on the compressor suction...normally its 55 psi on the suction

The Carrier isn't quite as technologically advanced as the TK, but they definitely cool better. Here in the Phoenix heat they're the only thing that can stay cool. TK's struggle in the heat and about the time they start to gain some ground they go into defrost mode which sends them 20-30 degrees out of range....

i agree with mack. i have heard from alot of previous drivers say that they rip there drivers off they get good loads for about 3-5 months and then they give loads that dont pay shit and our forced to turn there truck in.

they dont make me sit for 4-5 days maybe 2 days but not 5 days. if your a lease driver and u sit for five days that will put u in the negative. one guy was telling me he had not recieved a paycheck from january to april. he was in the hole like 4000 dollars.
