Make sure your audio device is actually truly the one that you are using currently, and make sure the audio level is in audible like 20% or something like that.

So, that is not supposed to happen. Make sure your GG Sonar is updated to latest stable version, and wifi is issue free. If wifi has issues, then random apps will give you those kinds of error messages. I will do some research and get back to you! Keep me updated!

Your headset might not be connected properly, could you send a screenshot? Also, if you go into settings, scroll down, there should be a mixer exclusions tab that you can make the unwanted devices not available. Hope this helps! Keep me updated!

If this dosent work. Make sure that you have updated your computer with the SteelSeries updates on Windows update. It worked for me 🙂

Plugged my Nova series 5 into my computer and was prompted to do an update. Installed the update and then lost all sound coming from my headphones from that moment on. I literally tried all of these suggestion as well as searching every available option on google. Turns out my Nova series 5 worked only after uninstalling their GG series app off my computer. I won't be buying this headset or any of SteelSeries products again. Gone are the days where things are simple an easy to use. Even their app is poorly designed flooded with advertisements for junk you'll never want or use. If you're having trouble with sound coming out of your headset just uninstall the SteelSeries Application off your computer and it will revert to the PC's default audio options.

Hey guys , i need help! I had no problem but i done update and now the app detect just my mic. I saw in this video the problem should be because steelseries gg client open instead of steel serie gg. When i look in my task manager i have this problem. How can i resolve that ? U talk about it in the vidéo but i saw nothing to resolve it. Everything was good before i done the update . Did you try the fixes in the video? If they didn't work, then it's probably either a connection issue (whether it be wireless or wired) or a windows conflict with other pre-installed audio "enhancing" programs. Check for those and keep me updated! Thanks!

For some reason, the bubbles only pop up if you have that app playing audio. If I played a song on the Spotify app, it would show up. If I wasn't playing a song, than it will disappear. Hope this helps! Keep me updated! God Bless!

@@QwertyZ70 I am watching a youtube video on operagx right now and it shows nothing, I opened Throne and liberty and it showed nothing. the audio works without the app and it sometimes works with the Chat Option but no matter what, it doesn't show me any apps that I can drag or whatever. it's a bit frustrating...

Make sure to set your gaming output sound device to something that is enabled in the windows sound settings page. It may be correct in GG Sonar, but not in windows. Also make sure that whatever output sound device is unmuted/undeafened and actually on and connected. Hope this helps!

So sorry about that! Let me walk you through it! First, go into the Sonar tab in the side menu. Then tap on the words that may say something along the lines of, "Headphones (Realtek(R) ... 10%" or something like that. Now it will open info page where you can set keybinds, and audio levels, and also a dropdown menu. That is where you can set your output audio device. (e.g. Headphones, Speakers, Earbuds) Hope this helps! God Bless! Keep me updated!

Sorry about that! Let me give you the instructions in written form. 1st, go into Sonar. 2nd, there will be a bar that says something along the lines of, "Headphones (Realtek(R)... 10%". Tap on that and there will be a dropdown menu that you can click on and set your audio device. If that doesn't fix your issue, the problem is likely to not be related to GG Sonar. If you are using Wireless headphones or something, then I have heard of many weird problems regarding that. I'm so sorry that I was unclear, but I hope this helps! When you download GG Sonar, It downloads Client also. I'm pretty sure client is the thing that runs when you open the app. But just try opening it from the Windows Start menu As Administrator. Anyways, the Client is not bad. Hope this clarifies!

I would say yes, because it is $10+ cheaper and it's wireless instead of wired. Also, AULA F75 SOUNDS HEAVENLY. Cannot be beat, except for the Zoom75 or something like that.
