Are the front pipes resonated or catted?

If visibility is an issue for you but you still want that darkness. I like to go 45% windshield tint and 35% or 25% all around. Makes it easier to see at night.

I have 15 percent on my 2 front windows and no tint on the windshield . I want to tint it but i don’t want it too dark or too light. I was thinking of getting either 50% or 45% windshield. What do you think? I also dont want get pulled over a whole bunch. However i never been pulled over for my 15% tints and i reside in California. *knock on wood*
