From what I've seen from Anubis I really find him entertaining. I hope Simo is really good since we haven't really seen him yet. Also I find it odd Anubis is getting pushed back. As you said it's similar to Shiva. I'm hoping for a good reason for Loki joining the fight. Prometheus is great & I didn't expect to see Izanagi again so soon & to see what he's done in the past. I personally would be okay for Anubis to lose depending if the fight is really good. However it will certainly make the Egyptian pantheon look like a joke which I'm sure the writers don't want them to be. That being said I can see Anubis winning his fight against either Rasputin or Kintoki. Thank you & Merry Christmas to you as well & have a happy New Year!

Still think there's gonna be a serve for round 11. We thought Leonidas was going to fight Odin at the end of the tournament but that didn't happen. My guess is since we're getting so much info on Odin's motivations/backstory maybe Odin will come out to fight next for the gods (or so we think) when it's actually Loki in disguised as Odin who shape shifts to trick Brunhilde to send out Nostradamus earlier than expected, that way Odin can finish his plans before coming out in the final round of the tournament to fight. Once round 11 is about to be officially announced and both men are in the ring Loki morphs back into himself shocking everyone and frustrating Brunhilde more than ever. I also could see this round being a draw. It would make the Norse look way stronger than the Greeks with Thor winning and dominating his fight, Loki kills Nostradamus (arguably one of humanities strongest fighters) but dies in the process, and Odin (probably with primordial god powers absorbed) dies in shocking fashion and humanity pulls an upset and wins the tournament in a massive twist

See I'm thinking the tournament itself was set up and manipulated by Odin and he manipulated Brunhilde to start the tournament to save humanity but also to save her lover Seigfried (who will be revealed to be Odin's son with a mortal and will join the roster as the 14th god fighter). I also think the reason each side needs 7 wins is because the defeated characters that die in each round are a sacrifice to revive the other primordial gods and bring them back after the tournament has concluded and both sides are weakened for the primordial gods to come back and try to take over everything and reign supreme with Odin as the leader

Checking the meaning of the Valkyries' names online Brunhilde means Shining Battle or Battle of Armor Goll Riot or Uprising.. theorized that her power either increases the user's strength when in trouble or wants to use it against Odin and disrupt Odin's signal on his host body..like a Riot

@davidebuiese8035 I think Brunhilde will either volund with Seigfried if he fights for humanity, but I honestly think there will be a twist where both Brunhilde and Seigfried will fight each other where Seigfried fights for the gods as the 14th god fighter and maybe revealed to be Odin's secret son with a mortal. This is similar to the norse mythos where Seigfried betrays Brunhilde and she kills him. I believe Brunhilde may join with Kintoki and Kintoki will survive and win this round but Brunhilde will sacrifice herself but take Seigfried with her and ensure humanity wins this round, leaving Goll as the final fighter for humanity to fight Odin. I believe this will happen in round 13. As far as the final round with Goll, I could see either Simo or Rasputin to fight in the final round against Odin (not Nostradamus like everyone thinks) Since Goll means riot, I think Rasputin also fits that title very well, especially since he defied death so many times, as the man who refused to die. I could see Rasputin having regeneration abilities or maybe he has a way of nearly avoiding death multiple times, and Goll would enhance this ability frustrating Odin to the point it costs Odin everything and Rasputin and Goll pull a massive upset in shocking fashion. However, I could also see Goll being the volund for Simo as well. Simo would be the ultimate underdog especially against Odin (who may or may not have his primordial god powers returned or maybe he absorbs them all into himself) but through cunning and strategy with a long ranged battle in a snow environment, Simo could have infinite bullets or be a trickster like Jack and fool Odin, thinking his sniper is his volundr, when his dog distracts Odin long enough (a reference to how in the myths the giant wolf Fenrir killed Pdin in Raganrok) where Simo pulls out a revolver (his real volund) and shoots Odin directly in the head, where Odin starts to fade away, and he uses Gunrir to try to kill Simo but right before his spear hits its targer it dissappears along with Odin, and Simo and Goll win the final round and save humanity for erasure in shocking fashion. I also believe that Raganrok itself might be a ritual and the reason we need 7 wins is because each vanquished fighter who loses there round, their soul is used as a sacrifice to bring back the other primordial gods, so after the tournament concludes I could see there being a massive war (with or without Odin) where the primordial gods try to take over everything and reign supreme, but the remaining human and god fighters reluctantly work together to destroy this bigger threat that wants to destroy them all

You have a very interesting theory with the 7 Gods deaths. Though maybe it's 7 special humans? If I remember correctly Odin got angry & broke a part of his chair when Poseidon lost.

@Hadesof3 Yes, that is very true but was it all an act, or perhaps he only favored certain gods, since the primordial like Odin wiped out most of them before Izanagi sealed them. What I'm saying is what if it's the losers of each round that are being used to bring back the other 7 primordial gods and Raganrok is a sort of ritual to resurrect them all? And after the tournament concludes they will all be resurrected fully and try to take over everything and they know the other two factions are severely weakened losing most of their fighters or the ones who one each round are weakened to a certain degree

Maki became equal to toji after taking out the zenin clan she only got stronger refining her skills with the sumo guy shes automatically stronger than Toji also having better feats, toji shouldnt be brought up before maki in this sense

I myself haven't re read the manga in a couple months so I couldn't say with 100 percent certaintly whos stronger. That being said, do you think maki could beat mahoraga in any way shape or form? 🤔

@@Sauciiiy_Boi I do think fundamentally Toji is more skilled since he is experienced Maki does have great feats Tho with 1v1ing Sukuna for a bit there, but that's where maki can get an advantage is with time which she has and toji doesn't eventually maki will undoubtedly be stronger than toji. unless either maki or toji speed blitz and completely eviscerate mahoraga once he adapts to punch kick stab/slash he wins, thats also where toji might have an advantage with inverted spear of heaven disregarding the adaptation, but thats situational advantage against mahoraga, if it was makivstoji i think maki>

It shows how different he is compared to the other chief Gods. Showing respect to humanity because they helped his son become stronger than ever. I'm curious to what Brunhilde is up too. Maybe Odin won't be the last to fight? I'm honestly not sure 🤔 I'm also wondering why sneak Goll into Tartarus? What could Nostradamus be plotting? I'm hyped for the next chapter! No problem man!

yeah I never would have thought that Izanagi would basically heal his sons killer, but the fact that he did it out of love and respect for his son Susanoo tells me that he’s a good dad and he’s a good person. I hope that we will see Soji and his Valkyrie commentate on the remaining fights since we didn’t get to see them interact much. I may be getting ahead of myself seeing as how ROR is unpredictable but I’m pretty confident that Odin won’t fight next and that the gods will win round 11. I can’t wait for the next chapter either dude, and I hope we learn more about Seigfried and what’s going on with him, Goll, and Michael Nostradamus.

The reason I have him as high as he is is because he showed great reflexes, knocking a light arrow back & great endurance. Though I can see people placing him lower.

I don’t have a certain fight that I would like to see, however I think it would be cool to see Samson from the Bible compete since he was the strongest man to ever live - and I would also like to see Sobek the Egyptian god of the Nile, and to be honest I’m curious as to how the creators of Record of Ragnarok would handle his design? For example I thought that Anubis would look like a Jackal but instead he looks like a human (Anubis’s design is not what I was expecting but I like it, it looks cool). I’m basically wondering if they would do the same with Sobek by making him look like a human rather than a crocodile?

If sun wukong is close to his myth counter part he’s folding Prometheus with no difficulty, he can literally make clones that are equal to him
