You ever heard of fan diffuser? I recently read about it in reddit. Apparently the guy was an aromatherapist, he said he tried all kinds of diffuser and concluded that fan diffuser is the best as they were able to diffuse on a large space and require the same amount of essential oil as ultrasonic diffuser. He used aromastream. It requires no water. The cons is you need to use different cartridge for each oil.

My infant daughter kept getting ear infections... the doctors just kept wanting to throw her on more antibiotics but I didn't like her being on antibiotics that often(nearly once a month if not more often). So I set off to research other options. I found oil of oregano... started diluting it 1 drop to 4 drops olive oil, and would put one drop in the ear of infection, and it would be literally gone by the next morning! Oil of oregano is legit!
@christopherjamesrussell16 күн бұрын
I would be very careful putting oregano oil into ears, it can burn mucus membrane. As an example if you put it into a glass of water and drink it you’ll notice it burns your throat. A better solution for ears is garlic oil and mullein. They sell it on amazon and Whole Foods. Just search garlic oil for ears. As a surfer we learned about this because the pacific is very dirty and we would get ear infections a lot. It worked so well my brother child kept getting ear infections and I sent this to him, his son never had one again. First sign on it use the garlic oil and it will be gone the next day. Good luck

Right? It’s amazing. I had chronic sinus infections and I have a blend of oils that have worked. I have 6 kids and we’ve only gone to the doctors a few times in 15 years for sick care. None of them have been on antibiotics since.

Are essential oils healthy to breathe in when being used
@StacyPaulsen20 күн бұрын
If they are pure, not “fragrance” oils, yes! Aromatherapy is the official term and the fastest way to impact mood, also helps support respiratory system, supports healthy brain function, improves focus and memory and can purify the air.

@StacyPaulsenАй бұрын
You’re welcome. You could go with something as simple as this: amzn.to/473xJzJ with either a felt pad or a lava rock. You just put a couple drops on when you get in the car. Or there are portable car diffusers that either run on a battery or you can plug in. They do take a little more room, but work well!

Should you not mix the Frankincense with a carrier oil?
@StacyPaulsenАй бұрын
It does make the frankincense absorb more when you use a carrier oil because the aromatic molecules being held captive on the skin longer. 100% Frankincense is save to apply neat/straight if you don’t have a carrier or can add to a fragrance free lotion.

I have used both do terra and young living. Both are outstanding. however, since you are a do terra advocate you can't really be objective. Have you ever used or been with YL? just curious. I am currently with do terra as well, but I started out with YL and am going to go back to them for one reason. I love how they connect, just as strongly as the science, the energy or rather synergy between the oils and the body. I went to Do Terra to support my niece who was starting her business and since stopped building and is just using the oils to help support her growing family. You're right. it really comes down to who you connect with on a heart level. So while I LOVE the team I am on, I just for some reason can't connect with the folks at the top.

how much time required to improve your bloodwork
@StacyPaulsen2 ай бұрын
It takes about 90 days for every blood cell to turn over, basically all new blood cells. So you should expect to see some changes within that time. Then as that takes place other cells of your body are also changes, but some cells and organs take longer and some shorter.

Can I use Fabuloso and my wall plug-in air freshener is that toxic to?
@StacyPaulsen2 ай бұрын
You can choose to do that, but some of the ingredients are harmful. “Water, Sodium Dodecylbenzenesulfonate, Fragrance, C9-11 Alketh-8 or Deceth-8, Sodium C10-16 Alketh Sulfate or Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Glutaral, Citric Acid, Colorants. Contains fragrance allergen(s).” You can look these up on Google and see that they are hormone disrupters, possible cancer causing agents. Colorants and Fragrance usually means toxins.

A relative had scented candles by the dozen! Everyone went home with a crushing headache! She has two children and one of them always had a sniffly nose! No matter how much we warned her she just didn't care! 😢 I have 3 guinea pigs who live indoors and have fresh bedding every day, (fleece) they do have their 'piggie scent' (lol😂) i cut up an onion and put the two halves on the highest shelf to absorb the odour. They do work and you can't actually smell the onions 😂.

That can lead to weight gain, metabolic issues, respiratory problems, etc. The diffusers they have though look beautiful. I’d like to test them out to see how well they work.
