5:53 I have Sonali!! Took me two years to find one for a reasonable price, but I found her! And have and enjoy her! I know finding Sonali is daunting and sometimes can feel challenging especially with her price tag being insane most of the time, but trust me, you will find her. I was about to give up, but then out of the blue back in 2020, during the pandemic in lockdown, we found a Sonali on an AG BST group for about $160 which I thought was amazing even more so since she has a partial meet! She’s stunning! Sadly mines hair is a bit dried and fried (that rhymes!) at the ends so maybe, someday I’ll get her a replacement wig. Nonetheless gorgeous gorgeous doll! Really hoping you’ll find your Sonali! ❤

Hi there! Just discovered your channel! ❤ AG collector for almost a decade here! Congrats on Ruthie and Gwen! I began my collection journey with the historicals, my first was Molly. Molly was chosen as a birthday present for me because we look so similar. I have all the historical’s currently. My first GOTY was Lea Clark. I opened Lea Clark on Christmas Day 2016. Lea is really special since she was GOTY the year I began collecting. That was when I decided I’d collect all the GOTY’s. I now own every GOTY up till 2024, with Kira being the last one I needed which I got back in spring from a lovely local seller. I have Summer 2025 on the way as a late Bday present, hopefully she’ll be here Wednesday sadly AG is slow with shipping often 😢 Anywho, even tho I have basically every character doll I really enjoy the hunt and watching your video really reminded me of my days of first building my collection for the character dolls. I have so many memories of meeting up with people on FB marketplace, eBay, birthday surprises, etc. enjoy your collecting journey!!!

Hi, I know this isn’t American girl doll related, but I was wondering if you can help me with something. So for my 6th birthday I got this baby doll that I absolutely loved and carried around my house and back and forth to the play house the me my sister and cousins had. The doll cried when you pressed its belly and it had a very high quality cry for its time. I got the baby doll in November of 95, and durring my childhood, every time my mom or grandma would take me to Walmart or Kmart, there would be a bunch baby dolls ware when you squeezed there bellies, they either laughed or cried. Is there a name for these dolls? I tried look them up on google but I haven’t come across anything yet

They just need a teacher silver key if the box is locked, but they will work with the box unlocked, and a the thick black student key.

Thanks -- this just happened to one of our interior doors (guest bathroom) a couple days ago, fortunately with the door open. I watched of KZbin videos until I came across yours, and I was able to fix mine with my tiniest jeweler's screwdriver!! Cool!

If these babiez are only meant for schools and things, why are people reselling them EBay? I'd only buy a baby by itself not to use in a simulation but to get one as a sibling for my reborn doll Jeremy

Schools will sometimes sell them in big lots to local people who put them on eBay when they upgrade or discontinue their program. The company, RealityWorks, will not sell to the open public anymore. To many reborners were dismantling the dolls to put in reborns. When the electronics wouldn't work anymore the buyer would go to RealityWorks wanting them to fix the doll.

@@MyRealitywithNicole that makes sense because I have a specialized AFLAC duck that was only supposed to be for hospitals and kids with cancer, but my mom found it well in a goodwill with her friend Jennifer and she bought it for me because she knew I liked ducks. Yeah if I got one of those babies. I would make sure that it didn’t have any stimulation programmed into it. I never got to do the project but as a blind person, I would just like the baby to have like I said for a sibling for little Jeremy.

It was. But a few people on my AG boards said they didn't read the directions and somehow put it together wrong so their crib doesn't have the bottom on right.

Once the legs are snapped into the high chair correctly, they don’t come out, but if you install the high chair legs in the opposite direction, you can take it apart for storing.

Looking at reviews all get the lunch box, Twink, and comb. The lunch box colors are different. The 4th item could be a skirt (different colors), sandals, or a headband. Is what I've seen.

I honestly don't remember the name of them. They were discontinued a few years ago. I got all 4 shelves for $80 in the clearance section of Ikea. The ones most people use are Pax wardrobe/closet shelves from Ikea.

I have Ikea Stuva Frames (no shelves). The Stuva Frames are no longer sold. For walls I use either Postal Boxes covered in Shelf Liner paper or Wrapping paper, or Ribbon ( the wide holiday ribbon from Dollar Tree),cut the length of the Postal box or cardboard and covered in packing tape. This way I can change the walls whenever I like,and I'm not stuck with one look.

That's more of a disclaimer for children that may watch. I've mentioned in the past about my kids' Santa gifts on a video and a parent got mad at me that their child watched it, now not believing in Santa. Some of what I talk about in video isn't for children and I don't make my videos geared to children. It's to share my hobbies with other adults that enjoy them.

$27 is definitely steep for Gwynn’s accessories. I rarely get GOTY meet accessories unless they appeal to me. I got Joss’ yet skipped Lila’s. If I want a pet, I get them cheaper on the secondary market.

Buttoning is a good skill practice, especially for kids. Plus the white button up is a good versatile shirt for other outfits. 😊 Don’t get the quidditch outfits if you don’t want to spend a good 15 minutes dressing each doll, lol. That’s a lot of pieces!

The only way to get one is saving money. For a 2+ or 3 you will need the xstick and those are getting harder and harder to find.

I need help burping it because everytime I feed it it doesn’t seem to burp I did try tho when it started crying by bouncing it on my shoulder and trying to burp it it stopped crying

It doesn’t always need to burp after eating. But they will stop crying and make like a really quiet gasp sound till it burps. If you stop it will cry again. You can also rock it to burp it. Both are triggered by the same mechanism.

I just acquired a G5 at a thrift store but there are zero accessories or keys. I put new batteries in it but absolutely nothing happened and I'm not sure if it's because I need the keys or if perhaps she's broken. This video was insanely helpful anyway though!

It can happen. If it's a burp or rocking typically when you ID the baby you are moving it so the sensor for movement picks up. When you set it down it will stop.

It's from Ikea. It's a 4x3 shef that the bins are 12x13x15. So it's a good size. We have a 2x3 one for my son's video game set up and with bins under for games/controllers. So while looking at that I started thinking getting the one bigger would be perfect size for displaying my daughter's dolls and our clothes/accessories storage.
