From time to time, I revisit this perfectly executed Led Primary . I have also practiced with it as well. and do Live Zoom with very good studio , there is no Ashtanga where I am for now... Max wish you would present another one and double wish I could come to Poland and take your workshops !

Only bad thing about this video is that at some point when the series gets a little advanced, they start focusing on the lady that nails it instead of expanding the focus of the camera on the other people too. This should be good for beginners to get to know how to behave on a led class when you are still working on some of the postures. The internet is full of videos of people who can do it, but none on people who are still learning (like everybody who made it, made it from night to day).

That video is not for watching is for listening the voice sanskrit counting and lerning yoga asana. For totally beginner need other video where everything is slowly and step by step explained.

Every teacher are trying do best specialy when start teach. That video is from 2012 and i was trying do my best not copy Guruji. About voice it’s the method. Guruji teach students but not many of them understand what mens proper voice to led class. If you know what method is you should understand it but probably you not because you think i do copy. No problem, some ppl think like that. It’s ok.

netei yoga isn’t Church. During class practitioners man can do yoga without t-shirt if they like. All Brahmins are doing same in Indian temples. Yoga practice is respect. Dedication practice is respect. Important is what we have inside of mind not outside. Of course you can wear what you like. Im practicing yoga 17 years, visiting India every year and dedicate my life to God and my students and other people. Im sure its full respect. Namaskara 🙏

I was so happy to find this video. I knew I was not crazy. I could not connect to the yoga videos or yoga classes because of the way I was taught yoga. I couldn’t explain it because it has been 30 years. Once I saw and heard the first flow I recognized that this was how I was taught yoga, the language the flow everything is correct. this is a wonderful video to practice along too. a nice mix of quick when needed and then his counting is sometimes longer. I highly recommend practicing to this if you mostly know the series but still need guidance
