Dear Rene Creating these videos brings me immense joy and serves as a tremendous learning experience, especially when it comes to video editing and other skills. It’s incredibly fun to put everything together. Of course, learning the music itself is a significant part of the process. Soon, I’ll be performing many of these pieces in front of audiences, which is where I feel most at ease. To be honest, I’m not a fan of practicing, but I still do it because I know it’s the only way to achieve a high level of showmanship. For example, Winter Wind has over 2,000 notes just for the right hand-it feels like being swept up in its force and turbulence. Learning Chopin’s pieces brings balance to my studies; each composition is like a silky fabric, gentle on my fingers and hands. It’s truly a wonderful way to grow as a pianist. I’ve also interviewed people on the street and will be playing their requests, so please tune in! I have more content planned for Christmas and New Year, and my goal is to reach 100,000 subscribers by the end of 2024. Thank you for your encouragement and support. I hope I didn't scare you at the very beginning of the video, this idea first emerged from the thought of this piece, as a depiction of a *charnel house*, so I exaggerated this with the scary introduction to this piece. This was to add a layer of intrigue and imagination hidden behind the making of this video. What a wonderful assignment! I’m truly excited to prepare something special for your birthday next year featuring the timeless music of our favorite composer, the incomparable Frédéric Chopin. I’ll keep it a surprise and might need to record it a bit early, but will be shown on the day ( 26th June ) as I’ll be busy with my big exam in England. Even though I’m quite young, they’ve told me I’m five years ahead, and I’ll be taking my GCSEs in multiple subjects in May and June 2025. I already have something special in mind, but with time and careful planning, I’ll be able to refine it even further. Thank you so much for your kind words and thoughtful reply. @ethanluktin Do not worry! Assuredly you'll be a great pianist. Be patient! Of course you have a long way still to go but you're very humble ( that's a great human quality), your memory is very good, you learn very quickly. My "God" too is F. Chopin, I think he was an "écorché vif" as we say in French. I wouldn't say flaws but " erreurs de jeunesse"! You're a very sensitive and endearing teen or young man because you're very mature.
