Pretty neat setup on the boat bro. Beats TB nation imo. I really like how u put the battery compartments in the middle and on each side for weight distribution while still leaving them with exposed covers so easy to pull out and put in.. dig it 👌

This same shit happened to me out on a favorite lil canal of mine, Dropped the rod into about 12 foot of water as the sun was going down, couldn’t see it to swim for it so I came back the next day to roughly where I dropped it, Threw out my heaviest spoon and drug it along the bottom to snag the rod, Wound up catching a 43 inch pike 2 feet from where my rod was sitting, Gaurding that mf like it was his treasure 😂

Overall this was a very good video. Much better than the last one I watched for this reel. If I may, can I make a couple of suggestions? First, and especially for someone new to doing this, always download a schematic for the exact model reel you’re working on. Very helpful. Secondly, I do not like using the cup to put small parts in. Again, for someone new to this, it’s important to lay each piece out in order as it’s removed. This really helps with knowing what order each piece goes when reassembling. Last thing, on bearings I do NOT use the oil that comes with the reel on the bearings. It’s too thick. Abe DEFINITELY do not use Ardent Reel Butter on them! It is even thicker. The best lube I’ve found for bearings is “Lightning Lube” by Boca. Using this lighter oil will significantly increase casting distance. Also, each bearing only needs one drop. You were correct, however, oil the Anti-Reverse (ARB) bearing. It does better with a slightly higher viscosity oil. Again, a great video! I only make these suggestions to possibly help others. I certainly meant no disrespect to you at all. Tight lines!

Good job. All on shakey head, except the chatterbait. Very cool. I very much appreciate that y'alls tournament doesn't make you drag the fish back to the ramp. Take a pic, record the length, and get 'em back in the water to live another day. I love it. Thank you sir!

Great video man, I had bought a curado DC from bass pro less than a week ago, I took it out fishing for the first time on a kayak and flipped over. Lost my curado in 12ft of water and I had to leave because of a storm. I went back to the lake with some metal stringers and I found it in the water. It was underwater for 24 hours and was filthy. This was the perfect video, it literally feels just as good as it did straight out the box a week ago. Thank you so much 🙏 a lifesaver
