Coool. This is the truck position in BJJ but its a 19th planet thing becahse guys like aeddie Bravo used tk be wrestlers who went on ti learn bjj too. Its under used in bjj. Crazy stuff

From that single-foot post I love getting the elbow control and ducking under. The slide-by and sweep single are some of my favorite finishes so I favor those motions even in scrambles at times.

Yes most of our regular videos have slow motion at the end. Our Shorts do not have slow motion because of time restraints. If a Short is an edit of one of our longer videos we will provide a link in the description to the longer video with slow motion.
