Thank you for this! This what I been looking for, I'm a Judo player but competing as a BJJ competitor, and some times I hold back a lot against my training partners in bjj, but my head professor tells me a lot to use my Judo, so I have been using it more, but I still didn't really know how much to use or how aggressive to go, but now I'll go even harder but still safe. Most will not stand with me for fear of me throwing them. Traditionally only my professor will stand up with me, he's a brown belt in Judo, out head instructor is a Judoka, but I just needed this because I love Judo and I'm very strong so I have to hold back well I fell I do to keep from scaring anyone, but than you for this thank you!

I studied under sensei zealenberg for approximately 3 yes... we're studying for my brown belt... But unfortunately I had to stop because my mother was terminally ill and I had to take care of her and then several months after she passed I was diagnosed with cancer... Thankfully it was caught early and they were able to remove it.. and then soon after that I developed a very bad case of arthritis in my right hip.. it's 2022 and I still don't know if I'm going to be able to get a hip replacement.. but keeping my fingers crossed!!!...
