Like I said, this drink is not for those who have diabetes or lactose intolerant. I have tried it couple of times before posting it here on KZbin and I am a living proof. Perfectly fine. I'll tell you what, my wife and kids love it too. 😉

Oh! got it. So, if you are lactose intolerant or diabetic, then this type of mixture is not for you as it contains milk and high level of sugar, if you are perfectly fine then you might like it.
