You really ought to have a video about how to install this into the bench. I'm doing mine now and can't find any videos and your instruction manual doesn't explain very well. Please try and make this clearer, it's an expensive and time consuming upgrade and not having clear instructions makes this more difficult than it needs to be.

The waste is terrible. I have it in three location in two locations. I have replaced the trap with a normal sink trap, but in one is tight, the fridge is so close. The original one is Skrap if you don’t have space for a big trap, do not buy it is useless, the milk will be there all day. Will look like a toilet. They don’t have a phone number in the website. I did find it eventually I called the guy on the other side of the phone was so unhelpful and miserable. Glad expensive but doesn’t work in most of the time. I’m a builder myself and I build my own coffee shops, but someone which does not , know about plumbing with the original trap never gonna work

So glad i found your video. For a moment I thought my Rhino was a knock-off or had missing parts. Pictures online show the older design with plastic on handle, lid as well as black adjust nut. Even the shop I bought from. This let me confirm that there really is another model and matches the one i got.

Just simply turn the leveler and don't press it! In general that Flatamp doesn't make sense for constant quality in case...

thanks! I have a question.. any idea to why my grinder setting dial keeps unscrewing while i'm grinding. I noticed it a few days after last cleaning, and since then i dissasembled and reassembled it using different combinations of the dial side or the spring side.. Just after setting the dial 360deg. pouring the beans i grind and the dial just unscrews and in the bin i see chunks of coffee beans that have a few millimeters :( Halp!? ODPOWIEDZ
