I appreciate your insight, but the point of a fast is actually no sweetener. No meat. No dairy. Not yeast bakingsoda or other leavening agent and no sugar or other sweetener. But it's a great vegan option.

I pray that God gives you enlightenment & clarity to the path you need to take. I pray that God gives you favor, healing, and open doors that have been closed to you, in Jesus name. God is faithful to his word that’s say if we put him first he will give us the desires of our heart. God is your strength so remember you can’t do it own your own. Trust God & rest in God. He loves you so much & he desires to bless you. Sometimes we go through obstacles & what I call stepping stones in life. It maybe hard right now but God says your later will be great. You have to keep stepping. 🙏🏽🙌🏾

Thank YOU for giving examples of looking back and describing them when you talked about the wife looking back that really spoke! and how god says don’t look back, that sets a loud tone in my own personal life and allows me to know that it’s ok to SET boundaries and keep your distance from anyone/those who hinder you. Sista, may i make a suggestion? Use a one of those small mixing spatula to pry the cake from you bunt cake baking pan. You don't want your good pan/pans to get rusty. T he metal butter knife will eventually scratch up the inside of your pan and rust will occur in time after being washed after cleaning your pans. Cook with wooden spoons when you cook with metal or nonstick cook wear to prevent scratches on the inside of your cookware. Hope this helps. 💜🙏💯🥰
