Hi I am watching this in 2024 and I am so confused why this video didn’t get more likes reviews and comments.

Ooh a video with you and Viktorya! Fun! I didn't know they still made LotR toys like these, those surprise toys are so addicting, but rarely get the ones I want, haha. Also, ooh, they never had such interesting crafting toys like this before, lucky~! Also, love the donuts, have seen cereal on donuts before. Main problem is they're usually stale. Really like how you saw to use all the parts of the LOTR packaging to use for scrapcrafting. Very cool. Also, was surprised how well the sword was made, so neat!

Very nice take on Buttons. Sadly, I never knew of the original book Coraline, and so I was pretty much an adult when I saw Coraliine, and was bored by the movie. But, I do love your doll~ And yeah, I always love button themes. This came out really nicely~

I think it's fine to do the prompts out of order if you get inspired first. Especially since it's such a creative heavy challenge you're doing. It is a very lovely poem, thank you for sharing it and the poet.

Ooh, wax stamps! I've been wanting to get into that, but I have no monies to invest haha. I think Viktoria did a good job! I know I'd be scared burning something too, heh. Also some very lovely color combinations between the two of you. I've seen from other videos, you can use markers to make the lines stand out more.

Holas! I too want to read more around the world, but I don't think at this time in my life I could limit to trying to do it only in a year. But yeah, I definitely want to focus more on reading things from Latin America. I was lucky enough to get an arc of The Volcano Daughters, and only just started it but omg it's so good. It's set in Guatemala so that already is one you've done but yeah, I'm enjoying it so far. I think a possible easy one for the European region is maybe a collection of the original Grimm Fairy Tales? But I don't have any books in mind off the top of my head. I grew up with the Dragonball anime (along with Sailor Moon), though Z came out when I was over that show. I had read the last volume of the manga and was just really pissed off at Goku's decision so... yeah haha. Love the bird theme, so pretty! It's always interesting when things get translated, why certain choices are made, and when to be exact translation or to focus on the feelings or meanings of what it's written. I wonder if "The Only Daughter" would technically have a separate meaning in English somehow. But yeah "Stillborn" is a very specific connotation. I really love these colorful layouts you're doing now, so scrapbooky and crafty~! I also like the idea of using the bookmarks as a tip-in. Cause more likely to see it than a bookmark holder, or get it worn for being actually used, haha. As for August reading, I'm doing some moodreading and also Deck of TBR-athon which is hosted by a couple of KZbinrs here. So just finished Network Effect and going to start the final book of the Murderbot Diaries, which is System Collapse. As I mentioned earlier, reading Volcano Daughters, but alongside that a nonfiction book, called Brown Trans Figurations by Francisco Galarte. I'm hoping to get a few more done before the end of the month.

Holas again! I see you are using a much more heavy duty double tape thing to stick your books this time, haha. I say for the picture books page, maybe use water colors and just paint it easily since you hit your goal? Or try to make a picture ala PicCross style game. Like a pixelated heart, that way it's still colored/decorated. I have the gorgeous editions of Daughter of the Moon Goddess/Heart of the Sun Warrior but haven't gotten around to reading them yet. Good to know there's another book in that world~ As for the live scheduling.. I'm an insomniac night owl so I'm up super late in the PST zone, and usually sleep in till 10-11am my time. One day I'll catch your steam~!

Finally got a chance to watch this~! Decided I would when I started to work on my digital book journal, heh. Sad I missed this live, but good job on doing a stream! I used to stream on Twitch a lot, but had to take a long ass break form it, so I definitely get being nervous on just getting the stream going and such. Also good job on speaking both Spanish and Ingles! My Spanish speaking is poor, so I know I couldn't try to do it, haha. It's nice to be able to practice my Spanish listening to you, so again, appreciate it~ I really love how you designed the bookshelf, especially marking the difference between audio and physical ones. Loved the extra tipin. And the Most Ardently spread is goregous~! I'm hoping to read that one soon. But yeah, I can understand only having the capacity to work on beautiful spreads on the books you like. I'm thinking of just doing half pages with thoughts, since in theory, I'll be writing full reviews for my blog/goodreads. I recently got a new printer, after years of having a broken one, so I bought sticker paper for when/if I decide to print covers or other crafty things. Was tempted by those special sticker/photo printers but yeah. I think it was a really good attempt at updating~ Especially since you had your daughter to assist at the end hehe. Also, love to hear her reviews too, hehe. Cat's Cradle looked pretty! Love manga about Cats. I remember discovering Chii's Sweet Home when it first came out, and it's so sweet. I can't remember if I rec'd this series to you yet, but I'm nearly done with it and absolutely my fave series in a long, long time. The Murderbot Diaries series by Martha Wells. Most of them are novella sized and only the last two are full novels, but they are fast and funny reads and just so good.

Aww that's so adorable! She is so sweet and talented! I've always been intimidated about trying bookbinding or book crafting and she did such a great job~! I really like how sunny and bright it is. I think we just call that like elastic string? But I'm not sure haha. Looks real good once you got your junk journal situated in. :D

Ooh that bird paper is so pretty! Is it like tissue paper almost? Also, very sweet of your daughter coming to check on you heh. Love the color scheme of this spread. Think it's really neat interpretation of tag, and then with all the birds. Makes me think of the phone tag game, but instead it's with pajaritos~

Oh, loved the woodcut style of the graphic novel, def added this to my TBR. I think it's a great interpretation of the prompt. I also commend you for cutting straight with scissors. After all these years, I still cut everythign so crrookedly, haha. As much of an avid reader that I used to be (and trying to be again), it's kind of hard to think or remember of books that really impacted me. I know I have a few at least but yeah, haha. I would def have to have a long sit down and think regarding that. Movie wise, of the last few years of watching movies, I would definitely say Godzilla Year-Zero. It's such a moving and beautiful film.

Slowly catching up on videos, think that's awesome you have such a book buddy~! Think it's a really neat idea to use the envelope as a tip in, and it is such a very pretty envelope too. I feel you on having so many stickers and no real way to organize them (especially if kept in the packaging), so still figuring that out for myself. But yeah, really good interpretation of the prompt! Loved the doily.
