Wow this is beautiful. And im particularly surprised by the music, because it seems to be an acoustic version (that i've never heared before) of an argentinian song that is called "Himno de mi corazon" by "Los abuelos de la nada" and it is a beautiful song indeed. If you feel like I recommend you go check the original. Thank you, from Argentina.

When one becomes in tune with their body these things happen naturally. But sometimes if people are not aware why they are doing it they go to the Dr. Unfortunately the doctor usually doesn't understand either and then prescribes drugs to get the body to stop healing itself naturally. Western medicine really is out of touch with many things. They treat physical problems as mental problems because they do not understand.

BRILLIANT ! * it is a method how to bypass the ego to become a genius in the divine sense. ** è un metodo per aggirare l'ego per diventare un genio nel senso divino. *** jest to metoda ,jak pominac ego, zeby stac sie geniuszem w boskim rozumieniu. JSM!

I love Feldenkrais and teaching the work. But that video is ridiculously vague and completely unconvincing. Simply repeating "we use scientific principles" means nothing. What principles and in what ways?

That you could improve or expand on anything that you do, from as simple as your walking to as complex as your thinking. Learning a new language, for example, the ability to see and understand the different patterns, would be almost like reading upside down for the brain. It would require the flexibility and adaptability of the brain, which is what he is talking about but if the brain is rigid, if it only knows habitual ways, then it would take great efforts for it to learn. He is teaching our brains how to learn

The blurb at the beginning of this video states that Feldenkrais got his ideas about the nervous system from Speransky. Perhaps they should have listen to the talk before making that statement as Feldenkrais says that he came across Speransky at the end of his own career. What Speransky allowed Feldenkrais to do was to publish his findings with more confidence as Speransky had already done so.
