Bhai, aapko 3 cheezein check karni pdegi aur bike ko center stand pe laga lena: 1. Chain jyada tight na ho, ye check krr lo or chain ko acche se clean aur lube karke rakho. 2. Rear brake ko check kro kahin brake apne aap apply toh nahi ho raha. Tyre ko haath se ghumake confirm krr sakte ho pta chal jaayega. Vse ye rare hota hai, par fir bhi ek baar dekhna better hai. 3. Agar upar wali dono cheezein sahi hain, to aapko rear tyre khol ke wheel bearing greasing karni padegi. Hope this helps 😊🙌🏻

Pehle calliper me se brake pads ko hta k check krr sakte ho agar pads remove krne k baad tyre sahi ghumta hai to matlab calliper me hi hai problem 2. Fir aapko brake calliper ko open krke usko clean krna pdega wd-40 se krr sakte ho, ho sakta hai ki dust vghra se piston jam ho rakha ho. 3. Agar fir bhi baat nhi banti to brake oil dekho km na ho rakha ho or agar condition kharab hai ya fir aapki bike ko 2 years plus ho gye hai to brake oil flush krwa k change krr sakte ho. Ye sab krne k baad hopefully chal jaana chahiye, agar fir bhi sahi nhi chalta to fir aapko service center hi visit krna pdega, ho sakta hai ki master cylinder ya fir kisi or part me issue ho, to wo acche se bta paayege.

Torque wrenches are pretty expensive, but honestly, once you’ve spent enough time with your bike, you just develop that perfect feel for the right tight spot-like a secret handshake with the nuts, and if you don’t have that feeling don’t open anything by yourself, please visit the nearest service center 😀. Also, I couldn’t find torque specs for every nut we opened in this video in the service manual.

@yogesh-gheu I think you have the owner mannual not service mannual. And talking about the feel, I have also spent a lot of time with my bike. My bike has been driven for 25k+ kms. After 4 free services, I have done it myself whenever the service is needed. Like tappet clearance, front usd frok rebuild, radiator flush, swing arm bush replacement, wheel bearing replacement and many more.And if you talk about secret handshake with nuts then let me tell you that. Toruq specs are given because when the nuts are tightened, the thread of the nut should not be damaged. And the nut should not be too tight or loose. And you know how much trouble there is if the chassis or engine thread is damaged. So don't damage your bike by talking about feelings.

@@kartick1899 Absolutely agree with you-your points are 100% valid! Torque wrenches are definitely important to prevent thread damage and make sure everything is tightened just right. And I have to say, your experience with your bike is really impressive! What I was trying to convey is that when you’ve been doing this for a long time, you naturally develop a feel for perfectly tightening a nut. Of course, torque wrenches are important, but they might not be feasible for everyone to buy. That’s why we’re using normal tools that most people are familiar with. If you know of a good budget-friendly torque wrench, please share the link, I would love to check it out and consider getting one myself!

Hi, Agar aapki bike ke meter me baaki sab kuch theek se kaam kar raha hai, sirf speed 0 dikhata hai, to ho sakta hai ki front ABS sensor kharab ho gaya ho ya sensor plate bend ho gayi ho, is condition me ho sakta hai ki odometer readings bhi increase na ho. Pehle sensor plate ko check karein, agar plate theek hai, to aap ek kaam kar sakte hain-front ABS sensor ko 8mm key se nikal kar achhe se saaf karein, agar uspe dust ya deposit jama hai to usse clean karke wapas fit kar dein, fir bike chalakar test karein. Agar phir bhi theek nahi hota, to service center le jaakar bike ko diagnostic tool se check karwana sahi rahega. Wahan laptop se connect karne par issue ka pata chal jayega. Or fir bhi aap apni side pe confirm karna chahte ho ki ABS sensor kharab hai ya nahi, aap slow speed par safety ka dhyan rakhte hue front brake ko hard press karke dekh sakte hain. Agar wheel lock hota hai, to sensor me hi problem hai. Fir aapko sensor change krwana pdega, and bike warranty me hai to wo free me change ho jaayega. Both brake pads are Yamaha Originals bought from yamaha service center and they costed: Front brake pads - 435 /- Rear brake pads - 995 /-

Hi, it happens!. As shown in the video at 3:10, the one (right-side) rear brake pad is worn out more than the other, the reason for this is - the caliper piston is on the right side, so more pressure is applied there. One trick you can do is swap the left and right pads before the right one wears out completely. Both pads are symmetrical, so switching them won’t cause any issues. Just make sure the right pad isn’t fully worn before swapping to avoid damaging the rotor. Also, rear brake pads wear out faster because the material used in them isn’t as good as the front pads. Plus, rear brakes are less effective on almost every sports bike due to some physics reasons, so we tend to press harder on them, which causes faster wear. Hope this answers your queries 😊. Hi, hamari bike me stock sintered brake pads aate hain, na ki organic pads. Organic pads to jaldi wear out ho jaate hain, isliye unko use karne ka koi faayda nahi hai. Agar aap ceramic pads use karna chahte ho, to wo bhi ek better option hoga sintered pads ke comparison me. Ceramic pads me braking bite sintered pads ke comparison me thodi jyada acchi hoti hai, aur inka lifespan bhi 25-30% jyada hota hai. Lekin ek cheez ka dhyan rakhe ki Yamaha hamari bike k liye ceramic pads provide nahi karti hai, hume third-party companies ke liye jaana padega. Aur unke liye hum kuch keh nahi sakte, to ho sakta hai ki unse hamari disc plate jaldi wear out hone lage kyuki hume ye nahi pata ki hamari original disk plate ceramic pads ke saath compatible hai ya nahi. Isliye I feel like ki stock pads ke saath stick rehna hi theek hai, lekin agar aap try karna chahte ho to - you can go for it 😃

Hi, Throttle body cleaning 10,000 km par recommend hoti hai. Agar aap normal fuel use karte hain aur bike zyada traffic me chalate hai, to 10,000 km pe clean kr leni chahiye. Or agar aap XP95 fuel use krte hain or biko ko proper maintained rakhte hai to deposits kam bante hain, aur cleaning ko 12,000 km tak stretch kiya ja sakta hai. I personally do it on every 8000km because performance can not be compromised 😄

@@souravadiga3842 Initially, I also thought about simply swapping the +V with the power port +V, as the ground is common across the entire bike circuit and could be left as it is. However, when I measured the difference between the two positive points, I found a gap of 0.5 to 0.8 volts relative to the ground. This made me unsure if it was the same +V or if it was coming from the ECU. Since this port is also used for an OBD scanner, I suspected that the +V might be supplied by the ECU. To be on the safe side, I decided to use a relay instead. The Bluetooth module is expensive, and I didn’t want to risk damaging any circuit or wiring on the bike. Using the relay felt like the safest approach. Thank you for sharing your opinion; we seem to think alike! 😊

Hi, happy to help-I have the same model: 1. If by ‘no power’ you mean that when you give throttle the bike doesn’t respond or feels like it’s losing power or jerking, it’s likely an issue with the fuel system. The first thing to check is the petrol filter inside the fuel tank-it might be clogged and need cleaning or replacement. 2. If ‘no power’ refers to a complete lack of electrical power (no lights on the display, etc.), the issue could be unrelated to the throttle. In that case, it’s best to have the bike inspected at a Yamaha service center. 3. Regarding the meter error, it can be fixed by updating the ECU. This process is done at the Yamaha service center, where they’ll run your bike on standby for about an hour to resolve the issue. I haven’t had a meter error myself, but sometimes my clock skips forward by an hour!

Agar issue fir bhi wahi rahta hai, to iska matlab battery kharab hai, aur usse replace karwana padega. Lekin agar Bluetooth module ko remove karne ke baad sab kuch theek se kaam kare, to problem Bluetooth module mein hai. Is case mein, agar aap usse fix karna chahte hain, to aap is video ka follow-up dekh sakte hain.
