An unsolicited advice. Instead of putting up a 4th bridge to connect the islands of Cebu and Mactan, may I suggest a bridge to connect The islands of Cebu and Negros. Together with the plans to connect Islands of Panay and Negros via Guimaras, ths will create an economic n trade powerhouse that can rival Imperial Manila. Ths will connect the three islands of Panay, Negros and Cebu. Hope the govt considers and studies ths. Spread the wealth. It's too concentrated in Manila. D vah. Thanks
