In the past, I noticed that whenever I eat processed foods esp too sweet like cakes & ice cream my poop is bad smell. But with natural foods, be it veggies or meat, poop is regular. There's almost no smell. If does, it doesn't stink.
Current science reveals the problem is not protein it's the mixing of carbohydrates with protein Protein needs to be eaten separately with that and no carbohydrates
@DrDeFabio2 ай бұрын
Actually, food combining has been around for at least 40 years and does make digestion easier. The issue is fully digesting your foods. If you need to stick with food combining to do that, fine.

It’s called fiber
@lisathompson55002 ай бұрын
It called veggies. Fiber is what they find impacted on colon cancer patients after they have died. The protein in the veggies are not digestible by the human stomach so when it tries breaking it down it cause bloat and gas if it smells it is protein not being broken down properly. If you only eat meat, you still have some farts, not much really and they never stink How I always bust my husband if he eats anything not meat...he wreaks! lol Also your body don't break down fiber so it can't cause you to wreak, the bugs living in your stomach is eating the fiber. You eat fiber to feed them cuz veggies come with fiber and because veggie are so hard to digest in humans you have bugs that try to eat the fiber for you to open up a way to extract the nutrients from the veg fibers.
@DrDeFabio2 ай бұрын
The body needs to be able to digest carbohydrates, proteins and fats. Poorly digested foods lead to foul odor, period. Many people can only digest certain food groups well and we all lose digestive enzymes as we age which complicates the issue. Good luck with that fiber!
@matthias75692 ай бұрын
Isn't this changeable? If i ilived in india and only ate vegetarian eventually my gut micro biome will adjust right?
@lisathompson55002 ай бұрын
no. veggie are what cause the poor digestion of protein. Veggie protein isn't digestible, specially the older you get. Meat is the easiest and most complete proteins to digest.
@paintballjunkie652 ай бұрын
Yes your body will adapt. I used to fart whenever I had a protein shake. Now I drink 6 or 7 some days, due to not getting a legitimate break at my job, and I have zero farting problems. Do not listen to this guy haha. Your microbiome will adapt.

I could talk at length about my journey with a neuroma which has altered my life for 18 months. I had tried everything except surgery to which I decided to schedule. A friend asked if I had acupuncture, which I hadn't. I looked into it, canceled my surgery, and I decided to try it after I had consultations with several acupuncturists before I chose one that I felt good about. After 8 treatments the neuroma is gone. I have my life back. I'm 69, healthy overall, not on any medication. The guy I went to practices Traditional Chinese Medicine, was trained in China, and he also had me track what I eat and Drink for a week, and then provided me with nutrition advice as good nutrition is what makes it possible for our bodies to heal itself. I eat completely different now which likely helped me heal along with the acupuncture, and an added bonus is I feel so much better overall, more energy, focus, determination, and I sleep better. Sleep is very important as this is when your body can focus on healing. So happy I didn't have the surgery, and tried acupuncture. It is important to find one who A)isn't concerned about money up front for multiple treatments (the guy I went with charges per treatment and offers packages of 10 or 20 and provides a reduced price for the packages.). Other acupuncturists wanted me to commit to a 4 month program asking for 5k up front - that is nonsense. B) he spent 60 -90 minutes in a consultation to begin with, asking a multitude of questions about me, not only related to the nueruoma but many other questions in which he was trying to determine things about my overall health. He explained what Traditional Chinese Medicine was, and how accupunture works, and how nutrition is vital. So find someone interested in helping you, and not concerned about locking you in for extended treatments at high costs.

I did this before. I was so scared to stop my steroid creams because I know Id flare up. Sure enough I did break out and almost gave up but I stood with it and by week 3 I was starting to get better and by a month, was clear. It wasnt easy though, I would cry I was so sick of the food and watching everyone have the good stuff it just depends on how bad you want it.

I would like to know if anyone has cured psoriasis even in winter? I have psoriasis because of the covid vaccine and I've been fighting it for 2 and a half years.
