Your content is very nice. But your video's SEO score is very low! your videos are not SEO, they are not reaching the target audience. That's why no ranking, no reach, no view, and subscribers are not increasing, because of that, no views are coming. The market will eventually self-correct. It will be quite the spectacle when it happens. Housing prices can't sustainably increase if there aren't any buyers. There are entire neighborhoods that have been built where the houses can't be sold because they are too expensive to say nothing of interest rates.

This is very market dependent. In 2008, everyone around the country was affected by ARMs, if in your area the homes aren't selling, prices will come down 3,5-8% and they will sell and just sort of cap off. Unforunately, we won't see much market correction unless we have massive layoffs around the country or rates drop low enough that people with 3,4% rates feel comfortable enough to sell, and neither seem probable. What seems more probable is the market just stays stagnant with slow increases or subtle decreases and it finds its new level.

I wouldn't trust this guy. In germany there is a saying: "every baker wants to sell his bread". Looking at the prices over the years it has become more expensive at some point I has to fall because thats the way of the Market. TLDR you buy a 600,000 dollars house now maybe in 5 years its will cost only 450,000-500,000

What data is showing right now that a 20% correction is occurring? Are the prices high? Sure, but so are the rates. Nobody is selling right now with 7% interest rates, so the inventory remains low. Sellers are selling around 95-99% of asking depending on the area and price point. We will need to see rates in the mid to low 5's to open up enough inventory that prices may ease, but will they ease 20% probable not.

Competitive Market: The housing market is currently very competitive, with multiple offers being made on homes, often above the asking price. This can lead to a bidding war, which can push the price of a home even higher. III Low Inventory: The supply of homes for sale is currently low, which has contributed to the increase in prices. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the inventory of homes for sale in the U.S. was down 28.2% year-over-year in July 2021. IV Rising Interest Rates: While interest rates are currently low, they are expected to rise in the future. This could increase the cost of a mortgage and make it more difficult to afford a home.
