I rode it through in one day and rode in the dark from where you stayed in the hotel till the finish. Getting through the fallen trees in the dark was difficult.

Bike packer here… and back packer. I’m seeing a number of biking treks across Florida are using the Florida trail - the sections I’ve hiked that I’m seeing posted are for foot path traffic only, especially single track.

That same connector you fell in is not rideable with gravel tires, but is rideable on a mountain bike or a 29+ bike. Great video. Enjoyed your Vlog.

Day 2 felt easier to me, but I think it's because I knew the route better and had done most of it before. The unexpected was more difficult on day 1.

Ha!! User error. I think I needed to get to know my bags and setup better. I finally have it all figured out. I didn't have the rack tightened all the way and needed to secure the bags better. By day 3 of this trip, I had it all figured out.

I am enjoying you videos! Could you please let me know which bikes you have? Scarlet has 40 mm tires and Emilia is a MTB running which tires? I moved to S. Florida from Germany and want to get into the sport. Now I just need a bike; I'm looking for input.

I switched to 45s on my gravel bike, Scarlett, and they are working so much better. I am not sure the size on my MTB. Whatever came with the Trek Top Fuel.
