Flew through Atlanta Hartsfield several times in the '70s and rode several of their classics: 727-200, DC-8-61, and the L-1011. And they had the best livery ever (should change back to it now). Thanks for posting this video!

I actually prefer that particular Delta livery displayed on their planes as well as seeing their L 1011s and other airliners in this impressive video. Nice to see a couple of long range SABENA and Swissair DC 10-30’s . Seeing the Eastern Airlines maintenance hanger and the British Caledonian Airways DC 10-30 to London Gatwick Airport is truly a moment of nostalgia. The first time I had seen a British Caledonian, DC 10-30 was August 1983 when my flight, Eastern Airlines flight 87,Miami to Los Angeles had it’s stop in Atlanta..

Wow, so good to that New York Air 737-300 @5:28...great memories of NYA ("Flying Nosh" service!)....I flew for NYA and continued on with Continental Airlines when we were merged in with them at this time.
