3.5 how is that possible isnt 1mm considered maximum to be taken off also what does that do for the timing?

As far as the timing belt goes, you will probably need a shorter one, with less teeth.

Varför satte du inte i nya ventilsäten? De brukar ju bränna lätt med vår blyffia bensin. När du ändå hade toppen uppe menar jag.

One thing you forgot on this great Cafe Racer is putting the footrests backwards. Can be done very easy by looking at the Imola/Monza/Targa types. Just drill a hole, get some original footrest supports, shorten the brake- and shift levers, put the shifting rod in the front hole and the sitting position is way better with clip-ons.

Thanks! I used permatex gasket sealant for the sump. The paint i used is volvo engine red and I bought it from vp autoparts. I don't know the colorcode.

i have a new formula for you. it is one ebike battery 48 volts one ebike motor 48 volts. two battery management systems. one connected two the other with only one to two power wire from the first. then loader alternator and hydraulic motor. estimated to go 22000 miles if you one 120 motor power by a 120 stator and rotor from the original circuit above. good luck and figure it out it takes about two minutes to make it work if you already made one.

Hello! My dad has a p1800 that we have been meaning to restore for 20 years now but have not made any real progress on it. I have the opportunity to take ownership of it and was wondering if I can get in touch with you through email just so I can have a resource that is familiar with these cars. I am in my late 20s and this will be my first rebuild.
