I wish I had appreciated these more 30+ yrs ago. Seems very euro/mercedes for the interior. Wish the gearshift was shorter/subby like some are today. Gorgeous colour combo!!!

Had 89 white cranberry interior sunroof flowmasters great running car had 4 20 years should kept it but needed 4 door family car so got 2009 towncar signature limited that I still own both great cars nothing better than owning a Lincoln

I worked at Irwin Lincoln Mercury starting in 1992. The last of the Mark VII’s 4 of them were on the lot, the Mark VIII was to arrive in November of 92 . They did , the first one black was the owners demo and the second one was burgandy and sold pretty quickly . These were the last of the personal luxury coupes in the 90’s.

This dark green "emerald" paint makes this car. I think it was the best color offered on the Lincoln Mark VII's in my opinion. Just a stunning work of art to behold. I could stare at this car's exterior for hours and never get bored. Absolutely love it.

As a Cadillac purist and traditionalist, owning 5 Cadillacs in my 47 years of driving, these radically down-sized, subcompacts are definitely not worthy of the respected name. Due to their small size and truncated, choppy-wallowing, 109" & 111" wheelbases (I know, I've driven them), Cadillac instantly lost over 65% of it's market share. All of this catastrophe was due to who Forbes named "one of the worst CEO's of all time" none other than Roger Smith. He dictated in 1981 that he wanted all GM brands to have "corporate design continuity". Well he certainly got what he wanted. With the equally disastrous and hideous subcompact, awkwardly styled, 1986 Eldorado's and Sevilles that followed, they too, failed miserably in the market place. Because of Smith's erroneous move, GM would eventually go bankrupt, requiring 2 government bailouts. Ford, Chrysler, and the luxury foreign brands all profited heavily on this GM blunder. Cadillac has only recently begun gaining respect again among luxury buyers. But once again, they refuse to sell their flagship sedan, the CT6, only in China. Not America. Another stupid move. Cadillac lost me as a loyal client a long time ago. These abominations from the 1980s will never be collectible by Cadillac collectors.

I think you should show more of the vehicle if you're going to do a video. A walkaround which shows the trunk and engine bay would also be appreciated. This Cadillac looks alittle aged for 46,000 original miles. Not sure if it was stored up but the CarFax shows 9 years of disappearance on the records going from 25,000 to it's current 46,000 with no explaination.

My high school English teacher had a 1987, black-on-black that she and her husband leased. She would see me walking in the mornings and pull over and give me a lift the rest of the way to school. As a Cadillac purist, I was absolutely shocked at how roomy it was, and how soft and heavy the ride was. It truly felt like a BIG Cadillac. Been a fan of those ever since.

Play my uncle used to get these from the junkyard that he worked at that was written in the front for 500 bucks he will fix them up and resell them beautiful car
