Thanks for the video but I have one question.....I use it for overnight oats and I mean that the oats and the milk stay in the bowl for 8/10 hours....is that okay ?

Don't soak your oats in the coconut bowl(s), use another bowl for the soaking part. You can use coconut bowls to serve in and eat from.

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner! As was mentioned by the other commenter, you can use another container to soak overnight oats then use a coconut bowl to enjoy them. We don't recommend soaking oats and milk or any liquids in coconut bowls for long periods.
