Bad experience from the property .... I went there with my family on 18th May. Voye Homes charged 10k and asked me to pay the remaining 11500 at the property. You can't call it a resort, it's just a home stay. They were not given the room when we booked. There's a guy who says i am the manager (walking around) and he has no idea about it. Finally we went back without staying there .10 k rupees lost. Hospitality has to be taught.. The thing that hurt me the most was that my children were cold. First you have to welcome the guest, give them something to drink, and then tell them to pay the balance. Is this the service you provide to your guests by charging Rs 21500 per night????

Oh dear I visited this Jeerahalli on December 2013, for Tiger censes on that time the forest dept arranged accommodation and in this gust house, now the paint and structure of the gust house been fully changed ,there was a huge tamarind tree near the gust house and few Gooseberry tree too but now those trees were not there. am having the pictures of that day.
