So helpful to see actual manual flight footage with settings finally. Thank you! Surprised to see how stable the footage is. If you are doing more videos, it would be great to see this stabilization tested in manual mode with some quicker directional and rotational adjustments.

Thanks, and that is a good idea! For what it’s worth, I could not control the speeds in these videos thus far, since I do not have the beacon and joystick yet to isolate those speeds with the camera settings in the preview portion of the screen.

Thanks for watching! The 120 fps was better than I expected, and of course, a lot more stable than an iPhone 16 Pro/Pro Max’s 120fps.

Thanks for watching this video as well! As mentioned in the first video, I feel this video is nice and slow and you can also control it in the app to go slower. For example, you can set it to 4K 120 which I will test soon. Additionally, the JOYSTICK settings allow you to set the Horizontal, Vertical, Rotational and even pitch speeds - CHECK OUT at 1:45 in this video! I dont have the beacon and joystick YET but will make many videos with it when I get it.

Thanks! The Indiegogo FAQ page only shows that it can fly up to 120 meters, but doesn’t specify that to be manually, like it does with the distance of 500m (manual) and 1km w beacon and joystick. And, as of now, the app does not seem to show the height or distance in real time.

@MiyagisRant the first time I used Return to Home it worked well. The second time (at the very end of my video) it came down very fast (the ending was not an added transition) assumably due to low battery.

Thanks for your useful video. Nice examples of what this lens can do. In apsc mode it is definitely good to shoot in certain situations, because you can already see the resulting composition. A great lens that can replace the much larger, heavier Sony 400mm.

nice footage!!!!! I got the 16 pro in natural titanium 1tb. I filmed an unboxing and first impressions on my channel. So far this phone has been comfortable in my hands and the camera quality is perfection, lol.

Ive used a Neo briefly with a phone as the controller. I struggled to be able to control the speed just moving directly forward. I had a subject fairly close 30-40 ft away and I wanted a smooth push in, but I could only really get full power or it jerked to a stop. It was a bit disappointing. Im going to probably get the new Hoverair X1 Pro Max as the image looks better and it seems more stable. I really don't want to buy a controller as Im limited for space in my bag, and the fact it folds is an advantage to me.

Thanks for sharing! Did you find the DJI Fly App’s light gray controls difficult to see with the Neo? After using the HOVERAir X1 for over a year, you might find its mobile app to be just as cumbersome. At least there are controller options for both the Neo and HOVERAir X1 Pro and ProMax now.

@@markshirley01 Not sure, as I only had the use of a demo drone for an hour and the battery lasted 10 minutes. I spent the rest of the time downloading the clips. It would be nice though! PERHAPS SOMEONE ELSE that has the Neo can answer?

nice! so you think the HoverAir X1 Pro/Max would be great for real estate videos? I hear it's better than DJI Neo in terms of footage quality. I'm trying to work with local agents/developers to create videos/content for them and have been actually debating if my next purchase should be a drone (leaning into an X1 Pro) or the GoPro Max (though another creator suggested the Insta360 cameras) for 360 virtual walkthroughs. Which gear do you think would be most helpful for agents? a 360 cam? selfie drone? actual drone? or the DJI Pocket 3 for a dedicated filming camera?

I do think the HOVERAir ProMax will be good enough, and I plan on showing many videos with it, once I get it. I still think a DJI Mini 3 or 4 Pro is best. And, I know some like the Inst360 but I find the quality of the Ricoh Z1 is better.
