Very true! It depends on the business owner/s to understand this and invest first in going through the process themselves.

I can confirm everything he’s saying from my own experience trying to stand up a security practice within an MSP. It’s a daunting task because it is a business problem that the traditional MSP practice doesn’t and can’t address. Take this as top notch free consulting session for any MSP owner who wants to get into offering security as a practice. Great confirmation of everything I have been seeing and saying to those I worked with. Now on my own, offering security management to SMB’s and getting success because I understand better the issues, I can have the conversation and I offer the process.

The real cyber threat is Comcast helps small business. Concast is the real threat. My business, Chi Botanic, is moving somewhere there isn't even Comcast internet and they still are forcing me to pay a $400 cancellation fee!! Their solution is talk the new tenants into taking over my contract!?!?! Wtf #comcast

For anyone looking to supercharge their lead gen as suggested in the video, have you tried Do You Mail? I have been using it for about six months, and the unlimited domains and email IDs is such a win. And the delivery reputation? Absolutely on point. What I really love is how cost-effective it is at $40/month. It delivers every bit of value and more.

Loved the insights from the video! Just dropping in to say, if you are considering cold emailing, Mystrika should be on your radar. It is been a steady tool for me these past five months with its simple interface and detailed analytics. Lately, the seamless tag management and the A/B testing with 26 variations have been incredible for fine-tuning my campaigns. Plus, plans start at just $19/month, so it is pretty budget-friendly.

This video got me thinking about my emails again. If you are like me and need precise email verification, Filter Bounce is a great tool. Used it for four months now and it is amazing how well it handles outlook, Yahoo, and other major domains. Starts at just $10/month and you get 300 free verifications monthly. Definitely saves time and effort in maintaining list quality. Worth every penny.

Just finished watching this video on MSP lead generation, and I gotta say, if you are into cold emailing, try giving Mystrika a shot. After using it for several months, the user-friendly interface and comprehensive analytics totally stand out. The detailed email warmup pool and the 7000-user community to exchange tips with makes a huge difference. And the automatic bounce detection? Game changer! The best part? It is a pay-once-use-forever deal. Try it and see the results for yourself.

Just a heads-up for anyone looking to explode their MSP leads like in the video, give Do You Mail a whirl. Unlimited email sending from numerous domains and email IDs really helps in scaling your outreach. The whole automatic SPF, DKIM, DMARC DNS configuration feature saves plenty of my time and ensures high delivery rates. Seriously, for just $40/month, it is a solid deal. A cool option for any serious cold emailer out there.

This you KZbin format does not work with her style. Great intro to Mssp but a waste of time communicating the risks.😢

Extremely valuable interview and although I love her obvious passion, I felt that she almost rushed him at times. She has kind of an exhausting style where I felt she almost interrupted him with too many mmhmms and affirmatives. Maybe too much coffee or they actually were in a rush. A little hard to get past that but otherwise this is golden content.

I was a little lost because of the jargon except when he talked about POAMs and stuff, but moreso on the business side of this industry. I have a foundational level of experience in cybersecurity and auditing and in the Air Force, and business minded. I’ve been looking for resources that can help me leverage others technical skills and cast vision for fulfillment in a security career by managing the business side and offering exciting projects or unique experience. This was the closest thing I’ve found and it didn’t show up from searching. Just recommended

As person who owns a cybersecurity company. I completely agree with MSP’s and SMB’s getting educated on the important of cybersecurity. Thank you for such a great segment. You guys provided so much valuable information. I would like to expand and become MSSP. I battle between becoming an MSP or MSSP. Any advice, because I see a lot of offerings for MSP’s but not enough MSSP’s.

Lots of quality information happening in this video. Especially: Teach them dont make them totally dependent on you. Don't assume client know all the ways you can help. Dint compete on price learn to wrap a product in associated products and services. Just to name a few.

Just curious, one point you said 4 blogs per month then a moment later you said 4 blogs per week, which do you try to do most?
