Sorry you feel that way. There are laws that we have to abide to, one of them being the speed regulations. Driving faster than that would result in attention from the police and also the PR-offices not being happy with us.

@@fyrahjul4578 just a tip: in the future, don't film the speedo. Like this, no one can prove you were going to fast. Look at other reviews, they all do it like this or even blur the speedo. Of course, keep it safe!

Thank you for your comment! It's an incredible car in so many ways. It's nimble and light-weight and therefore takes corners like a pro. Thanks to its smaller size, the engine is quite small as well but still powerful enough. This also means that when you're not driving like a maniac, the car is quite economical. The only down-side to it is it's price. It's in the same price-range as the Porsche Cayman S, and I'm not quite sure if the Alpine is as good as the Cayman. For example, the interior in the Alpine feels way too cheap for it's price. But overall, a great sports-cars that stands out from the crowd!

We drive as fast as we can according to law. If we were to drive faster and film that, the car-companies wouldn't be happy unfortunately. Neither would the police. I hope you understand. We would also like to drive faster but we want to be able to borrow more cars from the car-companies in the future, which wouldn't be possible if we were to drive as if we were in Germany.

Hey! I really recommend this car. It's a wonderful sports-car with a personality that you don't really find in other cars. It's quirky and it's fast. The infotainmentsystem feels a bit cheap for the price that you pay, but that's the only thing that really bothered me with the car. However, I would advise you to test-drive both this and the Cayman S. Their in the same price-range but the Porsche is a little bit more luxurious. The Alpine on the other hand has more personality and stands out more.

Thank you for the feedback Noah! We've been experimenting in the past and found out that the current way works the best for us. It isn't optimal, and it something we need to experiment with more. We have some shots where we have mounted the camera to the windscreen. For example in our Ford Focus video. But we want the main part of the video to be POV. So the viewer can experience how it is to drive the car. But yes, it would be better if the camera was mounted lower on my head, but it's not possible without risking our safety. We'll have to work on that. We appreciate the feedback and thank you for your comment!

Thank you for your comment! We didn't like the CVT gearbox. It makes a lot of noise while it's also very slow. However, it's economical. If you're driving gently I think it's bearable. I had the car for a couple of days and it wasn't something that bugged you after the first day. I didn't feel any vibrations while the engine was idling. My opinion is that it's a great car at a great price. It's cheaper than most hybrid SUVs while being sporty and offering a lot of space and comfort.

We agree. But at the same time we've to remember that the car is meant to be as cheap as possible. Using a bigger engine would drive up the cost quite a bit. It would be nice to have the option to choose a bigger engine though.

@@Edvard.Munchkin It feels quite powerful actually. It isn't fast by any means but it gets the job done. The gears are really short, but I never found it to be a problem during overtaking. You get a lot for the price you pay for the car. Thank you mate!!

Ford says that the range should be up to 35 miles. But it doesn't really hold that standard in real life. We got around 25 miles in fully electric, and this was with me driving and I have a heavy right-foot.. So I'm impressed with the range actually. I don't have any numbers on our consumption while driving in hybrid-mode using both engines, but I remember that it was very low while driving quite fast. So all in all, it's economical for being such a big car.

200 Nm! The car is nice to drive, it's spacious and drives well for the most part. The gearbox is a bit a of a sham unfortunately, it's a CVT gearbox which means that it sounds a lot while going full throttle but doesn't really accelerate that fast. But overall, it's a nice sporty SUV with lots of room to a good price.

It's the engine that makes the noise, reving up and then the belts in the CVT runs up in speed.

@@flemmodk There is no belt in it. its a e-CVT, its a aisin Gen4, 2 electric motors, and 2 planetary gears.. Same as the Toyota Prius and the next RAV4 has. and the reving of the engine, gives you max acceleration with not real gear canges. even if it does simulate it a bit. if the Ford is to slow for you, wait for the RAV4 PHEV, it has 300HP, and does 0-100 in 6.2 sek. its basicly same engine and power train. so it will still do the engine rev when flat out accelerating.

@@Romeodk If we see any RAV4 PHEV in Europe this and maybe even next year. They will deliver 1 car in 4 months to every dealer in Europe...- :-(

I didn't experience any "pops and bangs" while driving the 330e, sadly. The speakers are making all the noise when it comes to this car. The 330i has a bigger engine, which makes for a better "real" sound.
