nice tutorial, little late but the render option is for how smooth its gonna be when rendered, you can have 1 option for you to see and work with, and another option for rendering

Ohh what I did that was : Press A to select all(The mesh only, exclude the camera and light), then press M and choose By Distance. This method is to remove any double verts.

Greetings! I just found an easy way to make a beehive by using only Sphere mesh. First : 1) Add a sphere mesh 2) Use Edge mode selection (on keyboard, just press 2(not the Numpad)) and select all those horizontal ring manually. Duplicate it and move it to the other side. Delete the previous sphere because it not needed anymore. 3) In Object Mode, select all ring, right click and convert it to Curve. 4) Once done, go to Data panel on the right side, look for Geometry and go to Bevel. Lastly, adjust the Depth. While holding the Depth number box, you can move your mouse left to right to find out the size of your liking. Hope that helps!! Tq
