The rounds are ball The cases are nickel And the barrel is Ported. These things(the omega)are kinda rare.

This is a common issue with the digital crown. Appears to be related to debris collecting in the underside space below the crown. This can cause 2 conditions: 1) sticking (physically binding) and 2) erratic behavior (seems to be related to electrical issues). Washing the area under the crown (see Apple note on this relating to cleaning the digital crown) often fixes both problems. I have a SS Series 2 that developed this problem and used the washing method and fixed it. Especially if you get sweaty, you should periodically (maybe even daily) do this washing to avoid problems in the future.

Nice. I had tried washing it several times as per apples instructions with very little help. I’ve since gotten a newer version. Apple didn’t want to do anything to help except recycle it 😂

I have the same issue and after talking with support they wanted me to pay for repairs which is more then a brand new watch. Ridiculous!
