Would be nice to know what oil is used here. I would think they are using beef tallow or beef lard (no pork obviously) with all that meat they are using. If so, all that frying wouldn't be for naught. The spices they add to the meat are indeed amazing.

Один раз узбеки предложили плов,я попробовал. Очень вкусный. В другой день зашёл к ним в вагончик,это было на стройке. Там же они готовили себе обед. Сидят значит они и кушают прям с казана руками. Мало того что на стройке,руки толком не моют,так сполоснут водой. Так двое из них после того,как зачерпнут руками плов,и затолкают его в рот,облизывали пальцы. Мне стало очень не хорошо. Больше не ем, даже палкой не заставят.
