What brought me here? My dear dad was knocked down on 23 December on a crossing having posted a card. Police rushed me to hospital but dad had all but gone, just squeezed my finger. The next day he was unconscious. On 26 December my dad passed away at 2.00am. We will all suffer every year now. My mum is disabled,. She saw dad go to post the card and will never see him again. Married over 70 years. We have a liaison officer. Instead of New Year 2021, we will be planning dad's funeral. Tomorrow my brother and I identify his body and bring back his wedding ring and personal effects. I know I will never forgive his killer who couldn't brake to save my dad his death. If I can forgive him, then I will continue to hate him for the rest of my days, for my poor mum if not for me.

Such a tragedy,_thank you for sharing this sir, I can see how hard it was for you aswell. But this video will change my behaviour while driving, not just for me, but my family as well... Worst of all is when you kill someone whilst driving because of a small distraction, God forbids and I hope more people get to see this video and learn the Dangers. My condolences to all family who has or is going through what Andrews family is

The killer of my dad this Christmas should be tied to a chair and forced to watch this 24\7 with no respite. It won't bring my loving father back, but might teach the git what suffering is

Nice video but I suspect this will only cause more 999 calls which aren't for emergencies.

If only it was true! Care stops when you get to management level, as their too concerned about the cost!!!

Thank you for this. John Bell's presentation at LIke Minds 2010 was excellent. This interview goes further by capturing more of his professional and personal thinking in the context of social media/communication, in general, and the conference, in particular. Great work.
