Thank you for your comment. I can confidently say it's a really lovely welcoming space when you walk into the entrance. The muted colours throughout are elegant and work brilliantly with the black accents of the doors and handrails and the gas fireplace is the perfect addition. This property has been kept neutral for future buyers to come in and put their own stamp on it without multiple coats of paint required to cover bold colour or scraping of wallpaper. The entrance used to have very dark wall panelling which made it feel dated and small. It's a very calm space and a very calm house to be in.

This house is not far from where i live, exclusive area, beautiful road and this house is stunning. I remember seeing the old house or should i say the house before the remodel and extension. It was stunning back then. But this, with the option of being fully furnished and how beautifully presented it all is, its simply amazing. It blends an old fashoined style home with a wonderful modern interior. Vintage yet current. Could not be a better combination. All i need is that lottery win Simon and i will be calling you 😂. Beautiful home and wondedully shown. Thank you. Hope it sells. It is stunning.

Four Oaks was originaly the estate of Lord Hartopp in the Georgian era. It later became a Racecorse, before real estate development in the late 18th Century. The historic houses built in Four Oaks Park, several are featured in Hermann Muthesius "Das Englische Haus" written in 1904. Sutton Coldfield is famous for being the home town of John Vesey, who was Bishop of Exeter, and Chaplain to Henry VIII. Who persuaded the King to grant the town a Royal Charter.

Perhaps the people giving “ negative “ comments have a different opinion from you , personal if was to buy the house think would need to knock down walls and redesign floor plan and layout of ground floor and bedrooms but only my suggestions if I was to buy

Four Oaks is where most of the Aston Villa players live it also has an excellent by invitation golf club...expensive area but very safe similar to Knowle & Lapworth

Thank you for your comment. This property has had an extensive remodel and has been staged by a professional staging company with neutral decor on purpose so that it appeals to the largest possible audience. When you’re selling any home, it’s better to depersonalise so that you eliminate the risk of putting buyers off.

Hello Simon: That was a beautiful presentation. Unfortunately, I shall NEVER be able to afford anything like it (unless I win the lottery! 😁) However, that does not prevent me from enjoying videos like this. I have a taste for beautiful houses and furniture but not the budget that goes with them 😭The price is more than reasonable and I think it will sell quickly. Regards. Claudio.
