If the pipe is perforated to allow water to enter then the water will drain out the bottom side of the perforations?
@TheCornerStoneShow Жыл бұрын
It is intended for the water to drain out of the holes and when there is a very large rainfall it has the large exit through the main hole. Tough to explain but it works well to distribute the water.
@fabiodarocha28429 ай бұрын
I believe it’s perforated half of the pipe only. The other half without perforation carries the water to whatever direction it’s intended to.

Wish you'd make a product like Techobloc Semma - finished both sides, retaining or vertical (or both), gorgeous colors. Looked all over the Pacific NW and can't find a similar product to do a raised patio (retaining) that switches to vertical for parapet seat walls. And the colors here, meh, would you like gray or washed out tan?

Are those caps able to accept a concrete anchor bolt ?
@TheCornerStoneShow Жыл бұрын
Concrete Anchor bolts have various strengths based on the depth of the concrete and what it's holding up. Depending on the situation they can be used. But you should check with a local engineering consultant.

Did they get core filled with gravel?
@TheCornerStoneShow Жыл бұрын
Yes. They core fill the block with a drainage gravel to allow water to flow through.

So, does the pipe just sit there and when raining water is pushed through it? No drainage system at top of wall?
@TheCornerStoneShow3 жыл бұрын
There is a drainage channel at the back of the block that goes to the top of the wall. You can also make a swale at the top of the wall to divert water away from the highest points. Keep that water flowing away from the walls as much as possible. The drainage at the bottom gives an outlet for when major rain falls come.

This video is a little deceiving and doesn't show the prep work before installing the brackets
@TheCornerStoneShow3 жыл бұрын
Hi Adam, I am not sure deceiving is the right word. That installation is only for the Post bracket. The Post in below should be used as well. We did not want to have a 10 minute video for this particular step. Thanks for your feedback.

Can you please elaborate on the installation & exactly how it works without the water coming out of the holes but being directed to where you want it to go? Thanks.
