Interesting comment....Teacher finding students have no control over their behaviour. Is there still scope for change. Hopefully the FBA and Plan means Yes.

Hi. Im an EA in Ontario. I found what you had to say intersting. Im curious is there is adequate full support for younger or higher needs students so that they can be supported while learning the new skills? Also, when a new skill is mastered, but the EA is now in this new role, are they able to pull back from the classroom to help teach a new skill? Again, with the hopes that it will be mastered and that the student will not be reliant on the EA?
