j3 chip u can start the auto in gear and without a key then literally hotwire the 2 yellow wires on the barrel and then use the starter relay and its all g bro side effect is it goes faster too

I dont believe that you need to pull the cams to pull the head. Just undo timing belt, exhaust manifold, intake, fuel line and whatever wiring/plugs.

Just found this, had to get my battery replaced (got given a 02 tj magna and the battery was going bad) and it came up with this had no idea it was an s not a 5 If you still have your magna and the door actuators are failing (locking and unlocking makes the locks intermittent and flick back and forth and not work properly) you can fix them by removing the drivers actuator (as it gets the most use) opening the panel on it and removing both contacts cleaning them down with a Dremel like tool and putting them back in with a tad of glue, did this and it now works a treat

Keep in mind that all the dirt in the air collects in this water. Sometimes also mold or other bacteria. Might be useful for radiators but not for things that require real clean water.

Worth mentioning that while it is technically distilled, it is not clean, and cannot be safely drank, as it is a massive breeding grounds for aurborn bacteria. If you're using it for radiators thats fine, but other people who didnt even know it was distilled, probably wont know this isnt safe distilled water.

Yeah, I've found the new versions tend to weld their contacts together far sooner than the OEM ones. The contacts' coating wears over time and finally they arc together - used to be around every 200,000 km, now it's half of that or worse! Might even be related to holding your foot on the brake with all the traffic jams of today! Anyhow, the Tridon version is still stocked by Supercrap for $20.99 with a 2yr warranty.

Was given the quad by someone who only had it a few months, he had issues with it which is why he gave it to me as i have a goat farm and would be very useful in taking some miles off my legs. Got an almost identical 167FMM engine, exactly the same starting issue as you showed in your first video stalling on compression stroke, i removed the spark plug wire and she turns over fine with no slowing on compression, im a 30 year mechanic so that tells me timing is advanced...... did exactly what you did in your first video, i removed my flywheel just to check woodruff key and all perfect, had me stumped, timing is advanced! but everything looking good and line up just like you had. i gave up this very afternoon until i had some spare time to check the crank bearings etc........... will be checking out this wiring....... can you remember on what circuit was the problem\was connected wrong. Hey man how are ya I’m having trouble with a au I’ve just picked car won’t crank and fuel pump won’t prime woth key but when jumped they both go but engine still won’t start I’ve tried everything near on

“Emulator” or “Enumerator?”

Also to note that smart lock cars might not crank if the courtesy lamp fuse is blown.

Hello mate. First of all, thx for the informative video. The thing in the back in the engine head, is the the "V-CAM" . I also did the timingbelt on our tucson jm 2.0gdi once, but never had to drill holes for the pulley bolts. But i dont know how i did it 10 years ago either😅🙈.

I'll be doing this to my AU Falcon clock spring, I think I have the same issue, my horn works when the steering wheel is in the centre but as soon as I turn it left or right, the horn no longer works, but after 5 minutes it'll work again. I think there's an intermittent break in the wire somewhere.

Do you know the name for the connection that the lead coming from the fuel pump is called? The part that connects the wire under the rear passenger seat?

there's a spacer against the pedal and a small black "sleeve" ... am missing the smaller component (what you called a sleeve) do you know where to buy one? ... could get one from the local wrecker, but would need to drive there without it, would that damage the switch? ... not sure if it was missing before needing to do some work on the firewall , had to drop the pedals to do that work. thanks

I have an '09 2.9L Diesel model, its a lot more cramped to get to the hoses compared to the V6, can still do it. To stop the engine from starting when cranking on the diesel, I found that pulling the Main relay under the fuse box left side in engine bay next to battery works. (for RHD model). They seem to burn (overheat) the oil over time, job needs to be repeated every couple of years or so.
