If those double blue lines go across the page, they are section breaks, not formatting highlights. To hide section breaks (a practice I don't recommend), choose Word>Preferences>View and uncheck all boxes in the Show Non-Printing Characters section.

Agar Microsoft Word mein text "apas mein chipak gaye hain" yaani ki unka format ya alignment sahi nahi hai, to aap kuch tarike istemal kar sakte hain. Yahan kuch tricks diye gaye hain jo aapki madad kar sakte hain: 1. Clear Formatting Text Select Karein: Jis text par aapko formatting clear karni hai, use select karein. Clear Formatting Button: Home tab mein "Clear All Formatting" button (ek eraser jaisa icon) par click karein. Isse selected text ka formatting reset ho jayega. 2. Paragraph Settings Paragraph Settings: Selected text par right-click karein aur "Paragraph" option ko select karein. Wahan aap indentation, spacing, aur alignment set kar sakte hain. 3. Line and Paragraph Spacing Line Spacing Adjust Karein: Home tab par "Line and Paragraph Spacing" dropdown menu se spacing ko adjust karein. Yahan se aap single, 1.5, ya double spacing set kar sakte hain. 4. Use the Format Painter Format Painter: Agar ek text ka format sahi hai aur aap chahte hain ki dusre text par bhi wahi format ho, to "Format Painter" ka use karein. Isse aap ek section ka format copy karke dusre section par apply kar sakte hain. 5. Use Styles Styles Apply Karein: Home tab mein predefined styles ka istemal karein. Text ko select karke desired style par click karein. Yeh aapko uniform formatting dene mein madad karega. 6. Remove Extra Spaces Extra Spaces: Agar text mein unnecessary spaces hain, to unhe manually remove karein. Aap "Find and Replace" feature (Ctrl + H) ka bhi istemal kar sakte hain. "Find" box mein double space daal kar "Replace" box mein single space daal sakte hain. 7. Copy-Paste Options Paste Special: Agar aap kisi text ko dusre document se copy karte hain aur formatting issue hota hai, to "Paste Special" option ka use karein (Ctrl + Alt + V) aur "Unformatted Text" select karein. In tips ki madad se aap apne Word document ki formatting ko behtar bana sakte hain. Agar aapko koi specific problem aa rahi hai, to mujhe bataiye, main aur detail mein madad kar sakta hoon!
