Thank you good man! I told my dad we could probably 90 degree it to get the big roller in the track but he wouldn't listen until I pulled the proof out here. Cheers!

It works great!! Just got done pulling 4 huge bushes in just 2 hours (was HOT today so we took several breaks😂) that would’ve probably taken days to remove any other way and didn’t disturb the foundation or the surrounding vegetation. Genius use of a tool not meant for this type of job! I love when people figure out ways to hack their life this way! Brilliant!

i tried this and i can see the progress regarding the removal of my tag. However, there's a wound around the hair i put in the tag. is this normal? it is kinda painful and bleeds sometimes so im scared
@bombero425 ай бұрын
If you catch a hair, I assume it is pulling on it. Is the pain the same as if you were to pull on a hair for a long time? Did the tag turn black overnight? It should.
@legaspieid5 ай бұрын
@@bombero42 yes, the tag turned black, i can see changes and based on my observation, it looks like its about to be removed. my concern is it had wound around it maybe because it is too tight and it bleed sometimes, im just scared because i see blood

@@legaspieid How long has it been? I've sometimes cut them off after two days with tiny scissors just next to the knot and the pulled of the string. Never bled, but if it did I would have sterilized it with alcohol and put a band aid on it. I find it strange that it bleeds now.

I have a similar Nove, possibly a little older. I appreciate the video. Would you mind measuring a few things for me, like the muffler dimensions, the size of the oiler and the grease cup diameter?
@bombero429 ай бұрын
Neither the muffler or oiler are original. I made the muffler and bought the oiler. Does your engine have a brass name plate and serial number? Does the carb look exactly like mine?
@mhuppertz9 ай бұрын
@@bombero42 Brass plate, "The Sprayer Engine" serial 9270. 2 1/2 HP. Has the apple carb like yours and the cast nut on the top of the fuel pump like yours. The best I can figure mine was made between 1908 and 1914.

The instructions say to assemble it upside down. Yes, it's not a fun task, but it can be done. Tip: leave it sit in the hot sun, and that makes it more pliable. Just did mine on my 58 Apache, love it!

For anyone watching this video, one of the easiest ways to start one of these engines is to give it a shot of starting fluid in the carburetor and it will fire and if it has fuel and it’s ready to go it will run.

This video is better than most c10 instructions because it is most like my 67 G10 van. I see you got a totally new vent window Assy. Don’t think it’s available for the van so I am fighting to reseal it. Pita. Your explanation of the sequence will help on reassembly. My main window fell out of the track, that’s what got me started in the first place.

Thank you, I was able to tie one off on my armpit, alone. The angle was difficult, and I had to used teeth and tap to hold the ends, but I got it. Hopefully it falls off without issue!
@bombero423 жыл бұрын
I've been able to do them in the armpit area also. I used a very long thread, with one end coming from the hanging clamp up over the back of my shoulder and then holding that thread against the top of my shoulder with the fingers of the hand on that side. Used my other hand to slide the knot up the clamp into position on the skin tag making minor adjustments by slightly pulling on the thread under the fingers and then pulling on the loose end to tighten the knot. Not easy to do.
