I'm still looking for that awning window in the master bath... Looks like there's no ventilation there. Beautiful and practical home; wish the stairway was wider. 3 bedrooms are just the right number for the size of the lot. It's a small lot after all.

Not to be pedantic but Parameter = operating conditions/factors, while Perimeter = boundary/border. I believe the later is the word your looking for. One word has nothing to do with the other. This is only the 2nd video I saw of this channel but the presenter seems like a bit like a fish out of the water on both videos. I do not know what "parameters" you are working with to be able to have access to these kinds of properties, but people with 35M to drop on a house may not be patient to people who seem to be out of their element. Some of the things that surprises her on a property may not be that unusual or maybe even down right common to the people she might be selling to. But I guess she's not actually selling but simply "showing" the house. Hope she improves.

This house design is not very well designed in my opinion but I am from America where most countries are very jealous of our home design. For that kind of money I could afford a nicer home here in Florida.

If the Government in the Philippines would allow EX pats to own property even if they restrict it to build a home say 2 or 3 acres max or their size comparison. Homes like these might sell.

The problem with these houses. Is they're not built like they are in North America. There's too much wasted rooms. Too much space is wasted. And I said before the air conditioning has to be Central air. It cannot be visible and there's too many kitchens. Too many dining rooms, too many living rooms. The space is wasted.

I would say there's houses worth about between 3 and 400 million pesos.

The house is beautiful, but the air conditioning should have been Central air conditioning. You didn't display a fire pit. And the bar could have used some taps. There's a lot of space in this house. You might have been able to put a bowling alley in there too.
