I was born in 1986, so early memories are all late 80s, early 90s. Sneaking in my parents bedroom with my sister to watch cartoons (The Raccoons, Alfred J Kwak, Heathcliff, Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors) on their tiny TV.. we played out all summer.. no phones, no tech. We would meet our friends in the park, down by an old river in the trees and just 'be' for hours. Great times.

born in 85. I miss those good times. Its so hard to explain it to this new generation. My kids 13 and 19 love playing the 90s retro games and watching the movies. We have old consoles and VHS movies. We try to be outside as much as possible and enjoy the simple things. we visit the arcade retro games. I still have a home phone. Thank goodness they follow my vibes. My son started watching Everyone Hates Chirs." recently and he loves the show. My daughter loves all the old tv shows like Friends, Sienfield SVU, Gilmore Girls, the Vampire Slayer. You name it. they have seen and know about it. Im trying. stay alive people.

I was born in 1970. I was 10 years old in 1980. I honestly have bad memories of the 80s. There were a lot of stupid things, you just have to watch some high school movies to remember how stupid that time was. However, despite all those bad moments in the past, I now feel very nostalgic. I don't know why. Now I only remember good things, like the simplicity of life, watching music videos all day, and trying to listen to my favorite songs on the radio at night. I don't know, it was part of my life. Now I am 54 years old and I can feel that I am closing doors in my life, living the final part of my life.

I was born in 1984, and honestly? My favorite memories were of technology. Every year was a new innovation - NES, GENESIS, PS1 & 2…and then there was AOL and the internet. I loved it. Learning to program via VB and making “proggies”, discovering punk music and burning cds and downloading off Kazaa limewire and Napster…it was the best. 2003-2005 is when the world changed by technology overload, it became too mainstream, it used to be more for the nerds like me. Boomers and Xers knew less than most millennials. It’s was very fun. I teach university now. Gen Z has some bright spots but they are also some of the most miserable and resentful angry and hateful people on the planet in the history of humanity. Tech is better kept in the hands of the nerds. Keep it real 1984!
