Lazer grade is nice and all. It doesn't make a good operator. Sorry for negative comment. I have been in excavation for close to 20 years. Gps is nice for job building. Gets it done faster. But it makes a mess out of operator skills. I have seen alot of good operators get to where they can do a good job after using it. Natural abilities are alot better and brings character to a person.

these are real good mavhines to run but the servisabilty is terrible esp. the fuel filter with the plastic ring, we have two 7920 tractors and theyhave the same dystem on them I hate them filters, why can't they have just the screw on ones

thats an old school link belt. they dont make the 8670 anymore it got redesigned to the 8675 we have one of the prototypes made back in 2009. it was greatly improved

It came out to 30,000 with all the options the gas pump alone was 4500 but I had 9.5 tons on it yesterday and it didn't know it was there.

Maybe because I run the skid steer so often but it is far better than the foot pedals. I found myself using it whenever I had to move unless I absolutely had to use the boom and stick at the same time.

Skid loader and land plane did a nice job and congratulations on the new home ! Understand the 1-1/2 " rain being a lot of water quickly . Can you have a basement in that type of landscape ?

Thank you, that land plane was one of the better purchases I have made. Basements can be done out here but they are few and far between. Most construction is post tension slab or slab on grade with a footer.
